NO stars rating for Four Star Real Estate in Ontario, OR. My handicap brother is having to fight for his approximate $1000 deposit when there was no damage done to the house he recently move out of. My brother paid out of his own pocket for installation of underground water system to make it easier for him to water the lawn which he left and did not want to be reimbursed. He recently had a new toilet and duvet installed, and he hired regular lawn care and cleaning services. He had no pets and lived alone. There was no damage done to this home. This business is too hard to deal with and I do not recommend this business to ANYONE. read more

One star real estate maybe. Heartless people. Terrible reputation. Take your money somewhere else, these people don't deserve it by any means. This town deserves better than two-bit crooks such as these people. read more

Our property is recently under new management and at first I was excited. I had high hopes of dealing with a decent property management company after all the years of dealing with slum lords... unfortunately, that's not the case... We have been threatened with eviction and put in violation of the rental agreement, even though we have yet to sign any agreement with the new owner or property manager's. And that isn't even the worst part... Marty Justus came pounding on my door yesterday morning a little before 10 am. My dogs proceed to bark wildly at the front door while I put on my throw over before I look to see who is out there. I have 3 dogs, two of which are not small, the largest and pushiest being our 7 month old German Shepherd. So as I crack my door to answer it, I'm barely able to peek my head out whilst trying to keep my dogs inside. As he stands on the Welcome mat on my porch, I ask him kindly if they gave any notice before coming to our house. While I was asking that, I was squeezing out of my door trying to not let my dogs out so I could stand on the porch with Marty and discuss why he was at my house. He instantly got shaky and red faced, raised his finger to my face then proceeded to step closer to me like he was going to hit me. With his finger in my face, he starts yelling at me that him being at my door was my notice and I immediately ask him why he's being so hostile, yelling at me and shaking with anger. He kept his voice raised at me, still in my face, as he replied that it was because "I'm a dumb b****!" "I came out like a dumb b****!" I was just in shock and dumbfounded at his reply. I then told him he was lucky that I'm home with no phone to call my husband. He continues to yell at me that he had already spoke to my husband. Which I found out later to be a lie, he never contacted my husband once prior to pounding on my door and cursing me out. He continues to scream about how they're having the water tested that day and if I would allow an electrician to come into my home to fix the issues I mentioned.. I told him of course it would be fine, that we had asked for an electrician to come out but he needed to calm down.. he refused to mellow out so I told Marty he needed to get the F off my porch, that the way he was acting was very unprofessional. He laughed and said "Whatever, I don't care!" as he walked down my steps to leave. While he was walking away, I let him know that I would be contacting the owner of the property to inform him about how I was just treated. Marty turned around so fast, with fists balled up, and started towards me again. Yelling still, he is in my face again just spatting nonsense about how much of a c*** and a b**** I am. He say's fuck you to me multiple times before flipping me off as he walks away. So there I am, almost in tears, with no phone to contact anyone and feeling very much threatened and harassed by what's supposed to be a professional.. I decide to go to my neighbor's to use their phone in order to call my husband and let him know what's going on. My neighbor let's me use his phone all while Marty stands at his car throwing his hands in the air saying, "are you mad? why you mad?" ... As I'm on the phone, Marty starts recording me while I try and explain to my husband what just happened. I explain things the best my frantic self could but my husband wasn't in a position to be able to leave work and help me. He did contact the owner after we talked though, but the owner was also too busy to contact him back yesterday. I stood with my neighbor for a minute while I handed back their phone after I was done. I was in such a panic that I was sweating like crazy, the neighbor is a friend of ours so I joke about how much I was sweating and I then hear Marty yelling to me that "he can smell me" .. I told him I bet he did smell me with how close he was in my face. he's like, "no, I can smell you from here" like wtf!?!? This piece of work needs his realtors license revoked and never to be allowed to deal with tenants again! I'm appalled and very disappointed! My husband will be talking with the actual owner of the property today, hopefully... I have never experienced a grown man act that way, let alone one that is supposed to be the face of a company... BEWARE of Marty Justus! He has more personalities than Kleenex has tissues and I experienced almost every single one yesterday. Something needs done before it happens to anyone else. My 2 children heard him cursing me out on my porch while they were inside, not to mention what my neighbor's have already experienced with him. He's a psycho, to say the least. read more
