Deputy specifically stated no hold on car when towed, just owner with ID REQUIRED. Holidays was given for reason not opened until Monday by person who called back us back from Golden State with this number (559)853-7997 person I spoke with on the phone laughed when I stated we were trying all day to get a call back, and also said the Deputy always says no hold but they require a release.
