I literally could not recommend any higher! If I could give a million stars, I would. It's really hard to find a company willing to take on someone else's crappy, half-done job. But the last TWO contractors I hired for garage installation took all my money and vanished. I was beside myself. I called all these places trying to find someone to help me, and not only did Bill come out that very day, he actually started the job immediately and finished it within the next 24 hours!! After being strung along by other contractors for SIX MONTHS ("oh, the weather isn't good for working on garages" or "oh maybe there is a missing part and I can't do it") I was shocked by how competent and quickly Bill got this job done and for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied with Bill Fowler's work on my garage door repair. He was friendly, professional and was able to come out the next day and install a new overhead torsion spring to replace my snapped support spring. He obviously takes pride in his work. He identified a rotted drive belt which I never noticed and will be coming back to install the replacement once I get it in. He also fixed my roller tracks which were slightly bent and spaced too far apart. Neither of these issues were known to me, but he found and fixed them thankfully.
