She has a gift in helping others truly understand what they are learning. I highly recommend LELA Academy to anyone who doesn't do well in the public school system. Students can learn at their own pace at LELA which is helpful for the many people who struggle with the pacing in other environments. If for any reason your child is not happy or excelling in a traditional school system, LELA Academy is the way to go. I am still in touch with Mrs. Lilly today despite being 22 and on my own. Raccoon Rally was a success; we appreciate everything the teachers and administrators do to make entering high school a positive experience. We have two other recent FHS graduates and they both cried on their last day of school, if that tells you anything about how great FHS is. (I literally ran from my school on the last day! Ha) Our older kids miss FHS and all the wonderful staff and teachers. It was a high-quality experience they will never forget.

The kids I have worked with are wonderful and always so respectful. The school seems to be kept in good condition. Parking can be difficult in the back lot by the gym if you're there when school lets out. The traffic flow isn't designed well. Overall a nice school!

They layout of the campus is beautiful. It is a 96 acre 5 building facility that looks much more like a junior college than a high school. It has duck ponds with fountains and walkways throughout the campus. At the time, I had never seen a high school quite like that. Today, there are some others with similar designs, but mostly it is still cutting edge for high school layouts. Most recently I was here for a fund raiser holiday bazaar they hold every year. The campus is still as beautiful as it ever was!

This is a review of the tennis courts…read more If you look through my history of reviews, I usually go to PSHS to play tennis if I'm in the Plano area. But for some reason, my friend and I felt a little adventurous on New Years Day. I guess we wanted to start 2014 off with a bang! Unfortunately, it seemed like entire city felt the same way as well. When we got to the courts around noon, all the courts were filled up and there were at least 10 other groups waiting to get on. The courts themselves are tucked behind the school on the NE side. You have to drive through the back parking lot to get there. The facilities look nice and well maintained. I had to drop one star because apparently there aren't enough courts to handle the demand. Not sure about what the lighting situation at night is though. Will have to return and update my review. Tip: We went to the adjacent middle school behind Plano West. There are nice courts back there, but there are no windscreens on the fences. This makes it tough to play during the Winter/Spring in Texas. Also, parking is hard to find.

If the school officer likes it so much it should be put in his office. This flag is offensive to many and has no place in the school halls. Many students are unhappy with it being put in the halls, not cool at all and very inappropriate with what's going on right now.

So caring, kind and invested in our daughter and her well being. I can't say enough about the two guides in her classroom as well and how nurturing they are and dedicated to her development. I couldn't trust them more! We get regular updates via the story park app on her progress and they are quick to respond if I ever reach out with a question. We are so impressed with her development over the past 3 months. Her vocabulary has skyrocketed as well as her independence at home. The campus is beautiful and adheres to Montessori above and beyond the 4 other Montessori schools in the area I toured, interviewed, and considered. We trust Starwood wholeheartedly with our son's safety, well-being and education because after 4 years, we absolutely know we can.
