My realtor suggested a "big" company, but I prefer a smaller company that does a bigger and better job compared to a large corporation. Jonny and his wife are so nice and explain everything, they really made me comfortable with my decision. The price was amazing! Onto the home inspection, Jonny went out to the property and inspected from top to bottom, my report was 38 pages, everything was explained in great detail~ this was on a new construction home. The report was in color, included pictures, it was very organized and easy to comprehend. I got my report via email. The builder was happy to fix any issues and was pleased at the layout and organization of the report. They knew exactly what needed to get done. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Chris, from the time we met, was so laid back and easy to talk to. He described the process in detail to me, especially knowing that this was my first time getting an inspection done. Before he started his work, he asked me if there was anything in particular that I wanted him to look at first -- we went through that list first. During the entire process, I was a curious one, so I kept asking a lot of questions and Chris explained to me each and everything in quite a detail. You can see and feel that he's passionate about what he does and he enjoys this work. It took about 3.5 hrs to complete the entire house inspection (3000 sq ft). His report came in the very night in the email and it was pretty thorough with pictures of things that he would want the builder to take care of. All in all, I'm very happy with Chris. I would highly recommend him to others and I will use him again in the future when the time for need arrives.
