The guy had a condescending attitude, telling us things about the house that we already knew. (Wanted to make sure we knew what type of heating and cooling it had as if we had no idea, lol.) Worst part was the upselling afterwards by the company. Constant calls to offer additional services like helping us hook up utilities. Give me a break, I am 63 yeas old and have done all of this a time or two. Thank goodness it was new construction with a year warranty. Frustrating to find things ourselves after the fact. Correctly noticed that I have mild mold in basement. Some other exterior problems... Repair estimate 4.800$ for whole house. I decided to proceed and buy. Big mistake. Week after moving in i have crawlspace companies coming, giving me estimates around 20 k as mold compromised floors. How much will gloors cost idk yet. But next problem will be plumber, because i have ugly issue with plumbing. But will make sure i get that bathtub stopper thats been noted missing. 1 star for that!

Onto the home inspection, Jonny went out to the property and inspected from top to bottom, my report was 38 pages, everything was explained in great detail~ this was on a new construction home. The report was in color, included pictures, it was very organized and easy to comprehend. I got my report via email. He described the process in detail to me, especially knowing that this was my first time getting an inspection done. Before he started his work, he asked me if there was anything in particular that I wanted him to look at first -- we went through that list first. During the entire process, I was a curious one, so I kept asking a lot of questions and Chris explained to me each and everything in quite a detail. You can see and feel that he's passionate about what he does and he enjoys this work. It took about 3.5 hrs to complete the entire house inspection (3000 sq ft).
