He gave treatments that helped with my pain for over a year along with PT unfortunately my body didn't the tolerate as accepted but not as long as it should've. I then after almost two years later we discussed surgery. I was nervous because I never had surgery but his honesty and compassion put me at easy. He explained the steps clearly and told me what to expect when having the full lumber area worked on. From the check outarea Brianna took care of everything for me. Then when surgery was completed and I was admitted for a week every one from Dr. Buza his full PA staff and nurses made me feel so special and made sure I was comfortable in every aspect and discharged with full instruction on handling the worst 2 weeks of pain and discomfort. He sent nurses, OT,PT to my home along with all medical equipment I would need. I felt like a VIP PATIENT and would highly recommend that team especially Dr. Buza. My recovery is going great and love that my quality of life without pain is a blessing. With humble gratitude and appreciation to this great surgeon and his whole team. Having previously worked in an ENT and Allergy clinic, I was trained to always treat every patient with respect and kindness. I was never disrespected when I needed to obtain a referral from my doctor; I simply informed the staff that I would call my doctor to have it entered into the system. However, one of the front desk staff raised her voice and demanded that I "sign this now," as if I were a child, while I was on the phone with my doctor. I hope this isn't how she interacts with all patients. In my experience working in clinics, it's crucial to communicate with patients in a respectful manner. The front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and politeness and respect should be core values in any clinic. I arrived for my appointment at 12:30 PM, but didn't get the shot until 2:20 PM. This was terrible treatment for a 7.5-month pregnant woman. Very unprofessional. This was a real visit with a civil surgeon at Weibo Medical Care, and the signed I-693 form clearly shows the doctor's name and exam date. I hope the office improves attention to detail on official forms, since even small mistakes can have serious consequences for immigration applicants. Update: After posting my review, this clinic tried to have it removed by falsely claiming that my husband was never a patient. We have receipts, appointment records, and the completed USCIS Form I-693 proving otherwise. When we first called about their documentation error, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, saying "you want it fixed, you pay for service again" and "it's not our fault, we don't need to fix it." She repeatedly cut us off, put us on hold, and refused to help until we mentioned filing a complaint with the New York Department of Health. Only then did they start responding -- citing irrelevant HIPAA excuses instead of correcting their own mistake. They still refuse to take any accountability or include us in the correspondence they claim to have with USCIS. They even told us my husband's varicella vaccine had "expired," which is medically and legally false, and forced him to pay for a new one even though it was already documented in his record. Their public response is misleading and does not reflect reality. This office lacks professionalism, honesty, and accountability. Red flags -- avoid.
