He and an assistant spent a great deal of time helping me maneuver through the process of filing for the annuity account that was only in my husband's name. Another gentleman was present as well. They spent almost a half hour on hold with the annuity company and finally were able to resolve my issue. Both were kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Attorney Daily.

I'll try to be brief At first call, I am told Lawyer A to whom I was referred has "extremely low availability". I am offered an appt with Jim Krischak instead. But wait, I cant get in for two weeks? That seems like low availability, too, but I wait. Day of appt arrives, I arrive early. I am expected. Am told to go around a corner alone and sit. No one shows. Fifteen minutes into my appt time with no further contact, I leave with a polite word to the receptionist explaining why. Soon get a call about rescheduling; no apology; no explanation except "lawyers are like doctors, we get backed up". NO! Lawyers are nothing like doctors. You get paid by the hour not the visit. When the appointed time comes, meeting over and move on to the next one. Wholly unprofessional encounter and staff response. I believe this would be indicative of the entire relationship and I am not interested. Sorry about the brevity thing but I am hot.

She was run over twice, and ignored by the Muskingum County Sheriff department and Community Ambulance for 25 minutes after they arrived. A woman witness informed sheriff personnel and emergency personnel that the man, Matt Mock, had indeed told her "quick call 911 I ran over her". Matt Mock denied harming her when questioned by deputies. The witness and her husband cared for my daughter as it states in the officer own written statements. An officer wrote they were told of her condition. The emergency crew acted after 25 minutes when my daughter stated "I can not breathe". She was taken to Good Samaritan where neither the emergency and sheriff department informed hospital staff. After she coded, they ripped her chest open slicing an artery they did not know. At the scene, sheriff department personnel allowed Matt Mock to leave in his full size 4 wheel drive truck. After my daughter died he was arrested. The court system railroaded Matt Mock. Although he did the deed, the lack of prompt emergency care was denied to my daughter. Mistakes at the hospital killed my daughter. Mat Mock later shot himself. This firm knew all of this. This firm refused to keep me informed. This firm threaten me with withdrawing unless I signed an agreement. From that point on, this firm would call with tid bits. This firm talked of millions in settlement. This firm waited until the last possible date, called me and told me I owed 33,000.00. Part of the insurance from Matt Mock. From there, after I received the money call I was to meet this firm. At that time this firm handed me a stack of papers and wanted their money. As I walked out the door without any explanation, this firm's rep replied, " It took them 35 minutes to get her to the hospital. This was unknown to me. Since this rep knew, he chose to defraud me in terms of no actual action towards those responsible. His only concern was the 33,000.00. He held my hands tied as time past to the point where I could do nothing. I got nothing from this firm. This firm along with an elected judge worked with Matt Mock's family instead of focusing on my daughter. I am not afraid of posting this. Sure they are legal, they cant deny any of this.

I was in a car accident and they were struggling getting my records... I got them for the paralegal. They were struggling to get the exact number that my insurance paid... I got that for them. At one point I was in a very rough spot financially after getting so far behind from missing work and I wanted to get an advance on my loan. He did not cooperate with the lending agency in order for me to get an advance. He settled my case on a Friday and knew that I was on the verge of being evicted and said that I would have CASH IN HAND the next week. I convinced my landlord to give me an extension until the following Friday just to be safe. My check arrived on Friday and it has to sit in their trust fund for 3 days before I can get the funds. I called in multiple times for Dave over the last year and his secretary said she would have him call me and he never did. I would email and it would be ignored. I would call and leave messages on his voicemail and I still would not get a call back. I think that his assistant has terrible follow through and does the minimum she has to do to keep a job. I will supposedly get my check next week but it is less that I was told it was going to be. He said he was taking 3% and I thought he was doing that because my fiancé was a family friend. Turns out he took 1/3 which is normal but I could have went to anyone for that rate and got the job done sooner, with less headache, and I wouldn't have had to do the research work on my own case. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I was a paralegal for 10 years which may be why I am so "picky" since I know how things should be done but he took a significant amount of my settlement and didn't do much at all. Lesson learnt. Next time, I will settle my own case should it happen again.

The lizard told me my case was an open and closed matter. At this meeting the state was able to discredit me by use of a report from a doctor retained by the state. This doctor did not see me, did not know me. This doctor was able to beat an open and closed case. It TrueType was an open and shut case for the state. At my second hearing I took no chances with this lizard firm. wWhen the moderator for the state asked if I had anything to add? I did. i responded that I have jumped through all of the hoops and obstacles the state placed before me. I explained how the state has questioned, me tested me, and sure I crossed all of the t's and dotted the I. I was the one who won my case. Thenmthis lizard firm remove several thousand dollars from my account for the amount granted based on wage. They did nothing to secure the wage scale. It was set the day I became disabled. They had a chance to legally take over 7000.0, but they did not think I should have. I wanted to file a second form to increase my wage base. The lizard firm advised no. So my base wage was set without assistance from any law firm. After I complained to them they made unrealistic demands that would require seeking the help of another attorney. This lizard firm is very very slippery. They will take everything they can get.
