I decided not to file after his sloppy practices such as poor communication and other reasons. He would not return my fee because he said he worked for this money. It's simply not true. All my creditors involved in my case were never notified and continued to contact me. He actually told us he didn't even realize we paid him because it was through his phone and not a check written to him.This is a shady attorney and I have a copy of the payment and no services were performed. I want my $500 back asap. I will continue to update this case as needed.

Every time Virginia needed to give me legal advice or perform an action to protect and or strengthen my case she was there and usually met or exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by how she took key points from my case for the short non-oral hearings with the magistrate. She does not pomp you up for things you want to happen but are unlikely.
