Do not sign a contract with this company. They do not hold up their end, and it will cost you $250 to cancel the contract.

I called Fox Pest Control because I had voles/moles tearing up my yard. Not once did they say they may not be able to get rid of them. Fox treated the yard several times with the same treatment but never got rid of them. The technicians were very professional and were concerned. To my disappointment and over $800 later the problem remained and the manager called me to say the technicians could not go out again WITHOUT ANOTHER FEE. Customer service/satisfaction was not his concern. Do know that they will take your money but the job was not complete. Save your money and figure it out yourself. I am checking around because I have other services with them as well. Save your money--it results in a costly disappointment and a manager showing no concern about me still having voles/moles! Fox Pest Control was a wonderful company to work with. Their sales representatives and pest control specialists were highly professional, skilled and courteous. Michael Bodin inspected and treated our property and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I could not be happier. They have wonderful membership programs that guarantee you will never bothered by pests again. If there is a problem, they will come right out to assist. I will definitely use them again. So as a travel nurse I returned home to find a flea infestation inside my home. I called Fox pest control to help. paid $260 for yard and home extermination and maintenance. The exterminator "requested" that I leave so she could set bombs. o left and realized id forgotten my wallet, turned around only to see her leaving my house!! So obviously, 5 days later I was seeing no decrease in fleas. I had to call another company to come in and complete the service. They were thorough, walked through the house looking for trouble spots, baited and sprayed, completed outside service and never asked me to leave. oh...and for half the price!!! I will surely never get back the $260 from Fox but I am just warning yall....STAY AWAY! I tried to contact someone 3 times through customer service and that was a complete waste of time!!! read more

I can't give it any stars , the people are nice but that's it. I feel it to be a ripoff for the price they charge , they do not provide any other service that any other pest control company offers. But Fix does it for a lot more money. A very established and reputable company charges me $175 per year for termite control with warranty, Fox charges $600 per year with no guarantee, my company charges me $120 per year for general pest control while Fox charges $425 per year I was talked into Fox while I was on very strong pain meds and was not in any state of mind to sign a contract Thank God my original company took me back with no additional charge While Fox charged me $250 to get out of contract Stay as far away from Fox as you can Chad Broussard read more

Fox Pest Control caught me at a weak moment in my life after losing my son and was taken full advantage of with signed contract. Please Look Elsewhere for your Pest Control. $45.00 monthly with service on grounds every 3rd month. There are a few in New Iberia , who charge $35.00 monthly and comes to your home monthly. I am fully expecting one of their family members (customer...LOL)to come behind me and give a shining review, Do Not Fall For That Trick... It is done to pick up their ratings. read more

The technicians are nice enough but the service and company itself are not worth it. They sell themselves on being local and open availability when, in fact, they are not. Called for scheduling and they said it would be a week plus before they could come out then when they do confirm the time frames never match. I've tried calling to voice my concerns and never received any callbacks until I started posting on public forums. They worry more about reviews than actual customer satisfaction - so much so that I've gotten pushcards saying they'd give the technician some sort of monetary bonus if we do a Google review. I regret getting this service and have been letting all my neighbors, friends, and family know as such. I'm actually paying more now for a lower quality service than I had before. I am just riding out this contract until it ends. I'd suggest a truly local company that values customers time. read more

This company is extremely dishonest! I would never ever use them again for any reason. They sent an out of state salesperson to my house that lied to me and said my neighbors had termites in order to sell me a termite system. My neighbor did not have termites. The service stinks, they're rude, and they LIE to obtain new business. I will be suing them on principal so maybe they don't do this to someone else. AWFUL COMPANY STAY AWAY!!! read more

If there was a negative number to select, I would have selected that. This past Friday, a friendly young man came by my house offering a 'today only special ' for pest control spraying. He came across as genuine, sincere, and honest. I'll just call him N. Well, N gave me alot of info about my questions for pest control. My husband was offshore so had to make a urgent request to speak to him to see if he wanted this great special that was today only. My husband is from the lafayette area and said he knew of the company and ask the young guy questions and decided to take the offer. This 'N' said he was part owner and he did it all...sales, the spraying, etc. We talked about building his business with hard work and such. We decided to go with the $50 special but he said if having mice problems that we should pay $100 for the mice treatment. Ok we said. Sat, 6/24/23. I get a call from a guy who says he will be coming to spray my yard in about an hour. We'll call him L. Now L was super helpful and friendly. I asked him why N didn't come spray as he told me he would and he informed me that N is just a salesman, does not own the company or do any spraying. And that they have had problems with salesman lying profusely to get customers. I preceded to ask him questions that N had given me information about. Wrong, he said to 1 question. Nope, he said to another question. And on and on. L went onto apologize to me that he didn't know where N got his information from and nothing he told me was true....like the spray would help with our fly problem...nope, there were granules to help keep lizards away (my daughter is deathly afraid), he said no ma'am dont know what he's talking about. I said I had to make a special call to my husband offshore because N said it was this weekend only special and had to give him an answer. He shook his head no. So after completely being disgusted that I had been bold faced lied to, L went ahead and sprayed. L was very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked about the mice control that I paid $50 extra dollars for. L said im not sure why N had you do that. He said your neighbors down the road got the mice and pest control all for $50. Now, my husband and I are raising grandsons. Money is tight. We have had a fly problem and we needed to have the yard treated BUT to be lied to with such a beautiful smile really pissed me off. My husband said we will not do business that has to lie to their customers so blatantly just to 'catch ' another sale. So I am in the process of looking to get our contract voided. A young man knocked on my door to tell me about a deal going on by this company in my area. He was well dressed and in a monogrammed shirt with the company logo on it. I listened to his sales talk and told him I was already under contract with another business and hand just be serviced a week ago, but if he could give me his card I would consider in the future. He did not have a card. He said he would come back to discuss with my other half that night between 4 and 8 and I said ok. He did not show up. I was a bit suspicious as he said it was a new start-up in Scott LA that has only been open for 2 months, with their main office in Baton Rouge. So I looked it up and found a local number and called it. It was rerouted to their answering service I am assuming and spoke to a man in Virginia. I advised I was a bit concerned with all the scams going around that maybe this young man was one of them. The representative I spoke to had no idea how to field my call. He had no knowledge of the company nor this area. After a lengthy conversation and me having to repeat myself and concerns, I was told there was no office in Scott and no one was doing sales calls in my area. He said he checked with Lafayette and Baton Rouge. I asked him if he reported it and he said it was not his job and if basically told me to screw off. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told no. I reached out to the local branch on Facebook and asked for the branch manager to contact me. They asked for my phone number and I provided it. I was asked to explain what happened and I gave a short summary still asking to speak to someone. The next day I got a response in messenger again. thanking me for reporting it and they would look into it. STILL NOT CALL. I asked if this was a scam as I wanted to warm my neighbors and call the police.. I got the response of no, it was not and that there was a salesman in my area. No further information etc. I find this totally unacceptable and would not trust this company to hand me a flyswatter let alone protect my home!!! read more

Do not use this company. I have been calling and emailing because we are being charged for services that we are not receiving. First incident, they called and said I needed to complete a service by the end of the month i explained I would be at work and they needed to have access to the inside of my home; I got a TEXT from a strange number telling me that they were there to do my pest control. I texted back and said I told the answering service that today was NOT a good day and I wouldn't be available when they called to schedule he never replied but then I got an email stating he COMPLETED THE SERVICE, WHAT? Of course I'm charged for it. Call/email No response. A few days ago I got a receipt for a service that was COMPLETE, ummmm NO, i was sitting outside and no one showed up! I called/emailed again to no avail. I will have to go through my bank and report the charged fraudulent but I was hoping not to do that because that brings another host of issues!
