To my disappointment and over $800 later the problem remained and the manager called me to say the technicians could not go out again WITHOUT ANOTHER FEE. Customer service/satisfaction was not his concern. Do know that they will take your money but the job was not complete. Save your money and figure it out yourself. I am checking around because I have other services with them as well. Save your money--it results in a costly disappointment and a manager showing no concern about me still having voles/moles! So much for the company standing behind their mission/name.

After speaking with them they did come out and make things right! Having done this I decided to give Don's my full business with termite bait stations and quarterly pest control, including mouse prevention. When the tech came out they did not install the mouse prevention, which I had paid for. After calling, they again came back out and made things right. I believe they could possibly use a few more QAQC measures put into place to better serve their customers but that is their decision. I will continue to use Don's going forward as it feels good to support a local business and appreciate the effort to earn their customers satisfaction.
