Absolutely avoid at all costs!!! I was a customer of Fox for over 4 years; however, their service has hit rock bottom. The outside treatment didn't seem to work anymore. The service that was once done by truck was now done with a worker and a small sprayer (I guess to avoid expenses). Most recently, I received threats from an employee trespassing on my property to remove termite traps. Also, do not give Fox Pest Control your credit card information. Don't bother with this company. Customer service won't let me cancel my appointment even though I haven't been on a contract for 5 years. They want a 30 day notice to cancel the appointment they told me about yesterday. No thanks. The techs have all been great guys that are knowledgeable. DO NOT USE FOX! Over the years fox has gotten expensive. From paying 118 to now paying 181 quarterly. On January 31, 2024 I called Fox to cancel my home services and termite services. The representative did try to keep me to stay but I didn't. She did explain that within the week they will come pick up my mouse and termite traps. That's fine with me. This past week I got a call to service my house and not to pick up the traps. I informed the technician that my services have been canceled and he ok and never called back. Today February 20, 2024 I get charge 181 dollars. I called Fox and informed them for a refund. The service rep stated that the lady informed me of a 30 day period and I am still covered and any I will still be charged anything that falls between. I let him know that she did not inform me of anything. He said he will have to take her word for it. So now I am stuck with the ridiculous overprice service charge that I was NEVER informed about. They do not take the customers word. So any new customers beware of Fox. They will not believe you and they are expensive. Updates: Yes Fox. You can help me. If I could give a negative star, I would. I secured this business due to a tick infestation, they quickly responded and wanted me to sign a two year agreement. I read the contract and refused to sign it until they included ticks on my agreement, as this is the only issue I am experiencing. The technician called the office and they included it in the contract and he insured me that they would be eradicated. A week later, ticks were still crawling up our walls. I have never had ticks in my home before and this was unacceptable. They came to the home two weeks later and sprayed inside and out and stated that I should water the lawn. It rained a few hours later. Hours later, we allowed dogs in, they are treated and we have had the home treated for over two weeks, the temperatures are too hot to leave them out. As soon as they came inside, we had over a dozen ticks crawling on the floor. They were not latching onto dogs, but riding them in. I called Fox Pest Service where they tried to sell me an additional lawn policy...I was clear they were inside and outside. What a SCAM. I have emailed company about cancelling so that I can find a company that can address my issues, but not response and customer service was little help. Technicians that serviced my home were kind, but obviously not helpful. I think it should be a dare for a FOX Pest control to stay in my tick house of horrors. I haven't had sleep in weeks. I have live palmetto bugs, cochroaches etc., DAILY and i can't deal with it anymore. They come out and spray and ignore what I tell them about where I see most of them. They leave little trap boxes, and I've had two trap boxes with 5+ palmettos in each and they don't check them or care. I'm done. read more

I called them because my parents have a rodent problem which they have not been able to resolve. Now they wanna charge my dad an additional $25 to put a trap outside.. Also we had killer bees in the backyard and they claimed they were honeybees and would not remove them. I had to call another exterminating service which said they were definitely killer bees. I believe they were killer bees because they were very aggressive and chased us in the house. Also I called them to set up an appointment and the call was dropped I didn't think I had to call them back because the lady on the other end had already told me that they were going to show up the following day when they didn't show up I called them and they said because the call was dropped they couldn't come. Very unprofessional I do not recommend this company at all and I am going to try to cancel the contract. read more

We love Fox Pest Control! We have had no issues ever since we started using them. They always come out promptly when we have any pest and resolve the problem, as well as continue to come out if the problem persist free of charge. For example we had ants and I had them come out a couple of times because the ants would move to a different area. Also we just moved and transferred our service and they are coming to our new home to get us set up free of charge. They are the best, friendly, great customer service, and very knowledgeable! read more

My parents have a rodent problem in their home , so I called and spoke a gentleman who assured me that they are the best pest control in the valley and they specialize in rodents . I was told the technician would look around the entire house and try to locate the area in which the rodents are coming from . They failed to do that . I went next day to my parents house to only find one small cheap glue trap under neath their sink . I was able to locate 3 holes in their home that I guess missed the technicians eyes . Finally after several phone calls and voice messages I got a call back . I canceled service immediately and put a stop to payment in the bank . My parents are elderly and disabled , how can you take advantage of that knowing that the service was not done properly . Next time people read the reviews before hiring these people . read more

I used to have nice green lawn which I just installed and thriving for over just a year. Spiders, ants, roaches, mice and other pest are not controlled and my back lawn suddenly died in less than six months. I terminated Fox Pest Control for bad service. These con artists will go door to door selling their service. The lying salesman promised that it was a quarterly plan with free re-treatments as necessary. Fox Pest Control scheduled an extra treatment 2 months later and charged me again! This is not the contract they had me sign on an iPad nor is it what the saleman said. Shady company LITERALLY charged me $150 while I was on the phone with them! Breach of contract: -Refusing to refund the latest (yesterday) application when I told them I was not satisfied as stated on their contract -Their "2nd application" was not within the 30-45 days stated. The salesman asked me if my Ring camera worked, and then purposely waited until my footage was not recoverable to schedule the extra treatment. I have contacted my credit card company and I will be filing a claim in our local court. Crooks! Stay away from them or you will regret it! read more

I agree with the people giving 1 star or less if possible. The poison they used to treat me house did not work at all. always saw spiders and some roaches outside the very next day they would spray. Not once did i not see critters, and i gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them over a year. Now, with that being said. Ive tried to cancel service for well over six months and just give me the run around. ive cancelled scheduled trips many times and they still will not cancel. annoying text messages, phone calls all automated. Zero STARS! I've had TICKS in my back yard and they have come multiple times and the TICKS never die. They say they need to try something new every single time I tell them I have ticks. How many different things can you possibly try?! I have an infant, the ticks are even coming into the home. How do the ticks still live if they spray in and out practically every week! Even my neighbor is not satisfied. The female on the phone is so rude! I was explaining to her that the ticks are coming back, I want my money back, I have a indoor cat, and and an infant and she says,.."are you gonna let me explain?!" Excuse me???? Are you going to let me finish telling u the situation, if not then get someone else on the line who will listen instead of being rude and lying about the greatness of your product! Even the day you call for them to come spray they take 2-3 days to arrive. One appt. also they didn't even show up and when I called and asked why they said they had no record of my call. This guys are very bad, they advertise they take care of rodents but they don't, you have to supervise their job otherwise they won't do it, when they came multiple times to my place they said they did take care of areas of your home that they actually didn't. Their customer service is the worst. Just call to report that there was a opossum in my place and they said , for the last two months we no longer do that, well nobody told me that, when inquired ,the answer was ... so you want me to call over 2000 customers to inform them? I guess they want less customers. Since that is the case I will cooperate with one less customer,and try another company . Suggest people in the valley to do the same. read more

I WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME. The company billed me for a service that I did not know they were going to show up. They stated that because I was not home and did not give them access they just serviced my front yard and not even the back yard because they had no access. I called them after the charge and was put on hold forever but I told them that I was canceling their service because of their theft of service. Stay away from this company. I scheduled an appointment at 9am to a house I was selling(I did not live at the house anymore). I show up and wait...and wait...and wait. I call and I'm put on hold so I wait...and wait. A secretary finally tells me that despite having an appointment, AM appointments are not strict and they can be there anytime between 9am-12pm. It's 11am, already and after being on hold for 40 mins She says she will call the specialist to go to my house next so I wait...and wait...and wait. After calling again, she has no idea where the specialist is or why he hasn't shown up. I ask to speak with a manager and of course he is not in the office but she will have him call me. I'm still waiting on that call and the specialist who's still hasn't shown up. It's now 1pm. This is the second worst customer experience I've ever had next to that dumpster fire of a company Hertz. If you need pest control, look elsewhere. I still found silverfish even though they had been spraying at my house. read more

I had to cancel my contract with fox pest control for not showing up and previously for sending a Technician after I call the office letting them know I was Out of the state and still they send someone I was able to see it in my cameras I complaint to the office and schedule an appointment for today with a 4 hr window they said they will call 1/2 hr before they show up they didn't when I call the office after I spoke to someone she try to go with reasons why they didn't show up I just told her I need to cancel She remained me about the cancellation fee But I grater pay that money than deal with a company who is not serious about doing business customers be aware! I thought they were serious they are not. If I can give them no stars I would. Something they did on time was to send me the $150. cancellation fee that I was happy to pay just to stop doing business with them, I rather give somebody else. read more
