I have a serious lung disease. I moved into a brand new apartment complex and they wanted to exterminate my apartment. I am a very clean person with OCD. So I really did not need extermination since I use home defense which works very well. After getting the ingredients in several Pest Control sprays I decided to call these guys and make a deal with them that I would give them $60 to come to my apartment and write me a receipt did I could provide the management. They agreed to stand in my kitchen and talk with me 15 minutes and wrote me up a receipt for doing nothing. Which was okay. Then we made another appointment 3 months later and they charged me $40. This time I drove to where they were working on McColl Road and gave them the $40 payment and they gave me a receipt without even going to my apartment. Now a couple weeks ago on June 2nd 2019 I called Marcos what you want on the phone and we made an agreement for $30 for another receipt. Well on the date they wer to arrive, I was called by the office of the company to make sure that I was aware of the appointment. I did not know that Marco was not aware that they were going to call me. So I asked the gentleman that called me if he was aware of the deal that me and Marcos had made, he said he wasn't but he would call Marco's and get back to me. After two days of not taking my phone calls or text messages, Marco's finally called me with a $60 price tag. He was obviously upset because I had exposed this scam. And he started insisting that I write him $60 and he would come and do anything I wanted at my apartment. I told him that he knew by some doctors papers that I showed him, but I could not have that spray in my home because of my pulmonary fibrosis. After insisting $60, I told him that I would get with his office and report him. To this day nothing has been done and I have yet to call the office. But I will soon. That is not only bad business oh, it is also theft of service, along with fraud for accepting my offer. Although I may be in the wrong for having done this, it is still illegal. I have asked him repeatedly to refund my hundred dollars for no service rendered and he has yet to get back to me. I told him that I would give him his two receipts I just want my money back. for him to keep his word.
