At first treatment pass over by Billiot, it seemed things were okay until we started seeing a spider here, and a roach there. Living in the south, you expect it once in a while, but you don't want it all up in your home! Billiot sends out surveys for once it's been a couple weeks after service. I wasn't initially going to mention the bugs still being alive because I knew had had to have brought some with us in moving boxes, but since they sent a survey I thought I'd throw it in there. WHOA DID THEY GET ON IT! They sent a person out same day to make it better. It happened to be the same guy, who is ALWAYS pleasant and INCREDIBLY professional and wonderful! His name is EJ, get him to do your treatment if possible!!! After he did his second treatment we have not seen a living insect again! Life is good without the worry of bugs!

Let me set up this nightmare fuel for y'all: at about 1AM on a Thursday night, I hear a crash from the room above my bed... And then another... And then a few more. Just when I'm about to set my book aside and roll out to see what's going on, I hear a shrill, muffled "OH MY **CKING GOD THEY'RE IN EVERYTHING" from above. I've been on this planet living amongst nasty twenty-somethings, who never do dishes and don't know what a broom is for, long enough to know EXACTLY what was happening. Sure enough, about 2 minutes later the crashes migrate outside where they are catapolting everything they presumably own out the front door. I spent the rest of my flashing life into the wee dawn hours staring red-eyed at my ceiling, as if the bugs were going to phase through the drywall to rain (or reign) upon my head. The next morning, as I lumbered into my kitchen, I entered my first staring match with the recently displaced occupants of unit 3123B. After months of waiting for adequate response from my landlord - low expectations from the start I assure you- and several failed attempts to negotiate rent or a cease fire out of the colony of refugees making use of my amenities, I just stepped right over that line and went searching for myself. I wanted a local company a) to support local business, b) because I don't trust the service of corporate brands and don't want to deal with their "customer service", and c) don't want to be locked into a contract. I landed on Brans, and from day 1 they were professional, very fairly priced, and guaranteed their work. No lie, it took a few visits and about a month to erradicate the roach problem, which did not surprise me, but they kept on the ball and resolved the issue within my original agreement. I took over property management for the landlord and have been using Brans quarterly for the entire house. They are very honest people, and have worked within my budget. I have used them to take care of bugs and rodents and have yet to be disappointed.

The pest control office has never had a problem reaching me. About a week ago I walk outside and see their truck so I went over to say hello. The man in the truck said he wasn't there to say hello he was coming to remove my termite bait traps. I was shocked. He said they had been trying to call me for my renewal but I was avoiding them so they were there to remove my traps. Wow. They have reached me every quarter for a few years and charged my credit card every time without problem. But for some reason they couldn't reach me for termite. Not true. The owner Steve was so rude. Now I have purchased my own traps so as they pick up their trap I will drop the same plastic trap back in its place. In other words if this happens to you, go online and buy your own very inexpensive traps. Pretty crazy.
