Two cars ahead of me. That's it. Thirty minutes later, I had memorized every crack in the parking lot, contemplated my life choices, and still..still.. watched Beau move with the enthusiasm of a sloth on a NyQuil drip. The man's commitment to not feeling a single sense of urgency was almost inspiring. You could feel the collective despair of the line, an unspoken bond among strangers slowly losing hope. I've been here plenty of times before, back when the younger guys ran things like a pit crew. They were quick, polite, and seemed to understand that people have somewhere to be. But now? It's as if Blue Harbor decided efficiency was overrated and replaced it with a TED Talk on indifference. If you enjoy long, existential waits and the thrill of watching someone not multitask, by all means, get your brake sticker here. Otherwise, maybe light a candle for my lost 30 minutes. read more

Pretty cool gas station/coffee shop/car wash/windshield fixer/dry cleaner....you can practically get everything you would need here. It's always bustling with an assembly line of car detailers. My goal today was to get the rock chip fixed on my car! Anytime glass did a really good job and the work is backed with lifetime warranty. If windshield cracks...the payment will be credited to getting a new windshield! David was super nice! He helped me process with my insurance company. Didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket!! By the time I finished with the insurance company...my crack was fixed! It's still a bit visible but at least it won't spread! The gas station store is clean but it has a super strong floral smell. Oil change pricing way too expensive as compared to others in area. Charged nearly $150 for an simple oil change only. Took advantage of my wife that didn't really know how much an oil change should cost. Tech did not disclose cost before work was done. Called to talk to a "Person in charge" and was given the run around. I get my gas, car wash, and dry cleaning with them as well....they dont care about FEMALE customers. Just left Blue Harbor car wash. Disappointing. Not sure if the young man needed $6, but I'd gladly given it to him rather than him give me a $14 car wash when I paid for a $20 wash. I even gave each of the two young men doing the pre wash $5. When I informed him of the mistake he made, he insisted he gave me the $20 wash. Having had my car washed many times. I know as everyone else does, what a $20 wash consist of. The young man sad I could go to the end of the line and get another wash. Now, I am to be inconvenienced because of his mistake. This is the most badass gas station complex I have ever visited. Need gas? This station has more pumps than almost any station on the North Shore. I come here often and it is a very rare occurrence that I can't immediately pull up to an open pump. On the weekends there is a guy with a popcorn machine who will bring you as many bags of freshly popped popcorn as you would like. I have gotten four bags from him at one time and he seemed more than happy to give me more. Gas is slightly more expensive here, but for that additional money you not only get popcorn, you get so much more. Need a car wash? This station has everything from a cheap wash to the mackdaddy wax and wash. The wash here is the ride through kind, but with an army of people at the end to dry and detail your car if you pay for it. The detail jobs can get expensive, but they are very thorough and have always left my car spotless. Need an oil change? There is a full service oil change facility here. I have never used it, but I can see the benefit of having everything here. Need your clothes dry cleaned? If so, you're in luck. The dry cleaners here do a very good job, but I found that it took too long compared to my cleaner in the city. I don't remember the exact time it took, but it was at least a day or two longer than my regular cleaner. It is very convenient though. Need stuff? The convenience store section of this station is very impressive. Besides all of the normal items, this station also has an excellent selection of wine. In fact, I have never seen this much wine in a gas station ever. The other thing that is different than many other stations is that the employees here are very friendly. I have yet to encounter someone who didn't seem to love their job. In addition to everything else, there is also a PJ's Coffee attached to this station. If you need a specialty caffeine fix and can't find what you want in the store, you can go to PJ's. As you can see from my review, this station pretty much has it all. I can't think of anything else that could make it better unless they put in a full service restaurant. That way you could get dinner while your car was completely serviced. Do not go to this place. Lined up for 30 mins for a brake tag on Saturday morning (the sign said they were doing them from 8am to 6pm) when I got to the front of the line was told they weren't doing brake tags. Very annoying. Why can't they change the sign??? read more

I had a bad experience last time. I got the ultimate car wash, after getting home i noticed that they left 2 black towels inside, sprayed areas that wasn't wiped and barely vacuumed. I called and didn't hear back from anyone close to a week later. Today i decided to try them out again, well almost as worse as last time. I got the ultimate combo. Spots where they sprayed and didn't wipe, missed areas with vacuum, only hit the middle spot on the steering wheel. The first car was my BMW brand new, and the second cars is a brand new tahoe. I will definitely not be back. And i highly advise you not waste your money at this place. All of these experiences I've had have been in less than a month. I see the managers out there, but they surely aren't doing their jobs. Such as quality checks. read more

This is unbelievable. I just had my oil changed and the technician left one of the under cladding plates loose on my car and after A couple of days of driving, it started flapping around. In the middle of a tropical storm and look under my car to see what the heck they did. I had a suspicion what the problem was. I can't understand why these guys can't simply put fasteners back where they belong. I feel like permanent damage is being done to the underside of my car right now. Just for the record I want to publish the post that I took down several months ago because the GM somewhat resolved the issue. But now I think it's appropriate to demonstrate The complete ineptitude of the shop. 100 bucks waiting on a dime. I took the trouble of walking into the store to pay for an upgrade to the car wash I had already paid for with my overpriced oil change. The wash attendant wouldn't let me go through wash because I didn't have a bar code. Even after two managers were called, for some reason, they were telling me they couldn't run my car through. I spent over 100.00 on an oil change and another 14.00 for an interior clean and I was still treated like an unworthy customer. It costs them what, a dollar to run their machines for 68 seconds? Absolutely love this Car Wash! Not only is it a good car wash, it's a great coffee shop just inside while you wait. Drive the kids through the fun colors of the car wash and then go inside for a coffee and a muffin while you wait for the guys to clean the inside. This will be my regular car wash going forward since we just moved to the area. Love it!! read more

Purchased a gift basket from a fundraiser for my daughter's softball game and won 25 "Super Deluxe" washes. I have been using them since I won the basket. Today a portly, disgruntled employee told me they no longer accept them. Mind you it's hard to wash your vehicle every week so I use them every other week or two. I asked to speak with a manager and all she kept implying was I had fake gift certificates and I made copies. Finally a frat boy looking manager/owner came over and told me that they would not accept them. I asked him to verify that they were real and that I used one two weeks ago. He refused. I asked him to reconsider. I told him that I'd leave a review on Yelp and he said, "Ok." Here I am to let you know on top of mediocre quality washes, now they are going beyond what they issued and aren't accepting the gift certificates that they donated for a fundraiser. Not good practice. Be aware if you use this business they will accuse you of copying a gift certificate if you try to use one. Oh and by the way I've only used this place because of the certificates. Every other gift certificate in the basket (from numerous businesses) were all honored. read more

I was hoping that after the Covid it'd change especially with all the high end self service car washes, but NOPE even worse and at gouging price of $39 for a complete wash that was $25. I understand about labor etc. But just provide an excellent car wash for a at home mobile detail price. Take PRIDE! I had to point out as usual dirt, grime and lack of basic cleaning and even then. I go here often to use services. It's very convenient if you have multiple errands to run. The people are pretty friendly and welcoming. The guys work hard to get you in and out. They are always fully staffed. They definitely get the job done. I wish they would at least spot clean out cup holders. If you're looking for a quick and ok job here's your spot. I will not be using this detail service again. I paid $25 for the car wash and for them to clean the inside. The windows were not wiped, the console was not vacuumed or wiped, and the trunk was not even touched at all. I think I'm better off going through a cheap car wash with free do it yourself vacuums. Pictures were taken as soon as I got home. Pictures will be posted on yelp. Also when I called to complain I couldn't get anyone on the phone for the car wash. I had a VIP package purchased yesterday which is interior and outside and Armor All interior dash. So, I get in my car to leave and notice Armour All on passenger door not wiped off, still white looking. So, guy wipes it off and says , "is there anything else I can do for you?" So, as I look again, I see my double cup holder was not even touched!! I had some malt spill over a little bit and they didn't even touch it!!! This red headed employee looks me straight in the eyes an tells me, "oh, we put that in a bucket of water and we tried and tried to clean it but it wouldn't come out." So, I picked it up and started scratching it with my nail and it started coming off. He then looks at me and says, "well, m'am, I don't use my fingernail to clean anything." I then told him to give me his cleaning cloth and Lo and behold, the remnant of the malt came out with just a little old fashioned elbow grease!!! So, he then says, "is that all m'am?" And I said yes and drove off. So, I go to grocery after this, I look in back seat, they didn't even touch back seat!!! Magazine, umbrella and dog seat not even moved!! This is my last time for Blue Harbour, needless to say! It's a shame, too. I always went there and had great service but this is now the 3rd time in a row for crappy service. Blue Harbor Pointe Car Wash does an excellent job of getting your car clean. We are from out of town but get the car clean from our travels when we get to town. It is always spotless when they are done. While your car is getting clean you can go inside PJ's Coffee and wait. Get some tea or good coffee! You can also get gas at the gas at the gas station. The actual car wash is fine. Two concerns -- 1. It is difficult to find a time when the car wash is properly staffed for the demand. I am retired so I can go on what is usually considered "off peak" times but the most recent visits have required waits in excess of 30 minutes. 2. I think the pricing is a bit high. I told him I had been on hold for 5 minutes, and just wanted to know his regular unleaded gas price. His reply, "oh, we can't give that information over the phone". What a complete idiot! Really, what is this, top secret government information? They jack their prices up on gas, but give you a discount if you buy a car wash. Their discounted price is way higher than most other places. If you purchase a Blue Harbor rewards card ( several years ago I paid a one time fee of $5) points add up! Scan the card at the pump, inside store after purchases, pre- car wash & oil changes. The points accumulate & you get rewards such as $2 off in store purchase or fuel, free 20oz. Fountain drink, free speedwax, free $10.95 basic car wash & more! I love this place! The market is always tidy, well stocked & the employees are always friendly. The car wash is thorough & pretty quick IF: the inside of your car doesn't look like you need a hoarding intervention. The oil change has consistently taken 30mins. Or less. On weekends an employee offers car wash & petrol patrons free popcorn all day. I freely admit this place has spoiled me! Was hands down best car wash in area. Higher prices but worth it. Now worse and incomplete job and still high prices including gas in the area. Ownership need to pay more to attract employees or lower prices so there is some value or simply close. The model is broke. Use another car wash to get a better, complete job for less. read more

They do everything. Friendly, efficient staff. Full service (inside & out) carwash, oil changes, gas, big store with lots of choices for snacks and drinks inside. I joined the membership program which was worth it immediately. It costs $5 but you get the $11 carwash with it. I was going to get the $5 wash anyway, so I basically got a free upgrade, plus whatever the program's points do for me. My only complaint is during Mardi Gras... They carry Randazzo's King Cakes....but charge about $7 more than Kmart which is right down the road, for the same exact thing. I know the prices won't be the same, and it's a gas station, but that's too big of a price hike. Not worth deducting a star for one seasonal item, this is a great place to go. read more

Wow. Just plain old wow to describe this car wash. It's run super well and totally worth the wait time. The guys in the canopy are super thorough and did not judge my kids car seat that were full of fruit loops and if they did judge it was quietly!
