I was diagnosed with scoliosis at very young age and did physical therapy but didn't follow through with it further. After I stopped dancing when I started college my back pain would increase and I was often uncomfortable. I found Fox Physical Therapy on a search for a pt in my area. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The results and change in my posture has been amazing. With the stretches and strengthening routines he has given me I haven't felt the uncomfortableness or pain in my back after working or standing/sitting too long. When I sleep I would have to put a pillow under my back to have pressure so the area wouldn't hurt and I no longer do this. My shoulders are at a very uneven slope and they have been so straight and even. Every time I come I feel like my posture is significantly better. I look forward to my appointments every week and am motivated to keep up with the movements Dr. Fox has given me. I highly recommend him and would tell any of my friends to see him. He has given me different stretches and strengthening moves every time I see him to add on to what I already have. Along with the movements he has done cupping to help loosen the muscles in my back. I came here after a capsular shift and labral tear surgery and was admittedly dreading the road to recovery. I've worked with physical therapists in the past and always found the experience to be lackluster, working with inexperienced doctors that are concerned with reaching the baseline of recovery. Top notch physical therapy facility. I was a tough case - I had 3 herniated discs from L3-S1, and according to many of my doctors, I had one of the largest herniation they had ever seen, and many wanted me to get surgery. I opted for physical therapy instead. When I started physical therapy, I could not stand, walk or sit. Fox Physical Therapy got me mobile again, to the point where I am no longer even considering surgery. They took their time to understand my back problems and how to fix it. A lot of individualized attention to patient needs. They used a good mix of manual manipulation, stretches and pain management to get me back on my feet. I have to say i started out feeling a little skeptical, I've been to many different physical therapists for my back over the past few years. I have a very physical job, painting faux finishes, gardening, etc.So after about 6 sessions I was really thrilled when I realized that I would be able to function pain free at last! Fox Physical Therapy has really changed me- how I operate physically day-to-day, my understanding how my body works and frankly my confidence. I have been working with Eric for the past three months for knee issues and have seen a complete change in myself, free of pain and in charge of my moment-to-moment actions. I came in about two months ago with adductor tendonitis that I have been dealing with since February. Long story short I made it worse than it should have been and after nearly getting rid of it, it came back and I ended up here. Mainly I was treated by Eric and Claire but Brett also worked on me a bit and they were all extremely knowledgable, nice and effective with their treatments. After about a year of dealing with this injury I can finally say that I am cured! I have to thank Eric, Claire and Brett for finally getting me back to my sport. Fox Physical Therapy is one of the most advanced therapy centers that I have ever seen. Thanks to the experience and knowledge of all their therapists I made a fast and successful recovery from a shoulder surgery. I am a baseball player, and I thought that my recovery was going to be a lot longer, but thanks to them I am almost finished with my therapy with no pain at all and feel awesome throwing the baseball. Fox Physical Therapy is amazing! I came in with what I thought was a hip issue after reaching out to countless doctors and physical therapists over the course of a few months and spending an entire month in bed unable to walk. Within a week Fox PT had diagnosed my problem as a back issue and I began working with Braulio 2-4 times per week. Top of the line equipment and staff! I'd like to thank Eric and Brett for their treatment and knowledge around my limitations. I've had reoccurring neck issues from lifting for over a year. 5 STARS! First-class, brand new facility. This is the Rolls Royce of physical therapy. Owner and physical therapist Bret Fox got me better in less than a month. Usually one on one with patients, unlike other PT's that have 3 or more patients at a time. He has extensive knowledge that far exceeded my expectations, and not to mention some awesome PT machines. 8 months ago i had a car accident and i injured my neck-back and shoulder. Brett ( the owner ) was the first physician who knew exactly how to deal with my body.
