I'm not sure if they're just really bad at their job, or if they just really don't care about the quality of their work, but if their C- BBB rating doesn't dissuade you from hiring them, then hopefully this will. I wish I had seen a review like this before giving them work. Yelp won't let me give them 0 stars, so I'll go with 1. Stay away. Edit: in his response to this review, Mike says that the tile was already missing, right? I'll add the screenshot from my texts with them where they literally admit to having the tile. Very dishonest businessman.

We agreed on a timeline upfront and I was very clear that the painting needed to be finished by a…read morecertain date so we could move in. This was not a problem for the painters, and they got started working right away. Every day for the next week the timeline was pushed back more and more until we had slept on an air mattress for nearly a week at our old apartment after moving our stuff into the garage. Vinyl flooring and carpet has half a dozen paint shoeprints and it is covered with paint splatters. I have spent 10 hours on my hands and knees lightly scraping the paint away with a razor blade and cleaning the floors. All the trim throughout the house is sloppy and needs to be repainted. Most hardware, including door handles and outlet covers need to be replaced due to the amount of paint on them. I have not yet been able to get the paint streaks on my windows and might end up replacing them down the road if I can't make progress. The paint in about half of the rooms of the house is beyond repair and needs to be completely repainted. After being passing our hard deadline by almost a full week and thousands of dollars being wasted, the house is in much worse shape than before these painters visited.

Which we agreed to and set a time for around 11 o'clock when 11 o'clock came and went I messaged him to see what was going on and didn't get a response . So by good fortune, someone we knew was able to get us help and got it fixed, but it was no thanks to dad's and Aubrey's handyman . They may have been a reasonable explanation that we didn't get one and I found it to be very unprofessional .

My house is over 120 years old and it's VERY janky so I was worried but he installed my hose spigot perfectly! Even with all my garbage plumbing I have to deal with. Even made it a frost free one so I don't have to worry about it breaking in the winter on me! Very kind and made me feel very comfortable. He was very thorough and quick even with my main water line being in a crazy spot. My hose hook up looks great and I'm very happy to now be able to have a hose for my garden! Also had him look at my breaker box for a future fix and he explained exactly what I needed done and roughly how much it would cost me. Very informative and knowledgeable. 10/10 would definitely call again!

They think we donot have business to take care of it and only want us to keep call them . I am sick of trying to call and request to do there complete job.
