Turns out she never submitted our payment so we received a penalty notification from the IRS. Thankfully, we fixed that after calling her 10000x. Months later, we receive another mail from a state government (one that I traveled to for work) saying that we owed a specific amount and had penalty charges. After trying to call Natasha another 10000x and speaking with her incompetent admins, we ended up calling the state government directly to sort it out (and yes....it ended up being Natasha placing the wrong amount for one of the line items) Another note, by the time we finally reached her (after using a new number and name so that she'd actually call us back), she said she made no mistakes, would talk to the state government, and call us back......We still haven't heard from her. I have NO IDEA why this place has high ratings, but please save yourself from extra stress and avoid this place. They're absolutely unprofessional and do not care about their customers.

The actual fees…read morefor the 2020 returns were $2,225 for the S-corporation return and $1,275 for the individual return" 1- This adds up to more than what was quoted which was $2,000-2,500. 2- When I first received invoices for that year, it totaled to $6997 which started my confusion. You can see the attached email. The CPA agreed to lower it to $2500 (not $2500 + $1275). So, it seems the billing system is inconsistent and confusing even for staff. 3- After finally seeing an itemized bill, I'm not comfortable speaking with your firm since you charge $130-198 for emails and phone calls.
