Creative Child was recommended to me by a friend from church. She knows the director personally, because the director teaches Sunday school/religion classes to her child. When I first arrived, I was welcomed to take a tour of the center. The director was friendly and answered all of my questions. She reassured me and made me feel at ease. My 3 year old has been going there for 3 months. I couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful and the director cares for the children there as if they were her own. My child did have a few issues adjusting and lashed out at her teacher, but we all met and figured out the best way to handle it. The director (and teacher) were very understanding and offered worked with us to resolve the issue. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my child. I'm so glad for Creative Child!

The director also spoke to me as if I were a child, spoke to me poorly about my child and then behaved like a child once I gave my 2 week notice. The teachers' love for EVERY student is so evident and heart-warming. No favorites, just love for all. The school remained open for in-person schooling even during the pandemic. They employed extensive, expensive, tireless safety measures -- because they love everyone. Teachers and staff volunteered countless extra hours to keep families safe while offering in-person classes -- something essential for education! Bottom line: Your child's education is WAY too important to entrust to an internet opinion poll. If your child isn't "popular", they won't be treated the same as the "it" kids by their teachers…read more It's evident which students the teachers favor and in a school where they practically shout "practice what you're preached", they're exponentially hypocritical. Parents, if your child isn't a favorite, you can expect to be looked down upon as well. If your child has a question about something they were taught (and they're aren't already afraid to ask a question through no fault of their own) there's a good chance they'll be yelled at. Everyone learns differently; there's more than one way to explain a concept. My child shouldn't be penalized and criticized and feel stupid for asking a question because they learn/understand differently. I shouldn't have to repeatedly explain a lesson or go over a concept because my child's teacher doesn't effectively explain it. My child may not understand something right away and that's fine, but when I have to go over lessons every school night until they understand it, it's not my child. There's a tremendously unnecessary emphasis on sports. Plain and simple. Plus, there's a coach that swears in front of the players. It's grade school, not the world championship. They don't do anything about bullying. My child had an unfortunate experience with some kids and they always say you should tell a teacher... If you want nothing done, tell a teacher. The issue was never resolved and the bullying continued for months. If there's an issue with a teacher specifically, it's hard to voice your concern seeing as there's a lot of husband/wife teachers. That's why, for example, the principal's wife gets away with being a bad educator. If you want your child to be miserable and be surrounded by liars, hypocrites, and kids who are more fake than processed food, send them here. The best decision I made was taking my child out of there. I know many parents who feel the same way; it's a toxic place. After seeing my child dramatically improve intellectually and actually learn something, they were excited about school. They became more confident in their abilities and made great friends. They felt comfortable asking for help and they were shown what they did wrong instead of basically being told they're dumb. For the sake of your child's mental and spiritual health, please do your research and find a school that's worth your money.

Their newish building has lots of space, and natural light, which gives a somewhat high-class vibe to an otherwise not-so-classy establishment. Their excuse is that they have started the program at the tech and they added on their own information so they are better and worth more. When discussing my concerns of payment with them, they were great, understanding, and caring; ready to assist me in any way possible. Once my application was in and the interview finished, everything changed. All of a sudden they could no longer accommodate me with flexible payments (we discussed that I'd be just returning home from a month long trip so money was limited). They agreed that if I made monthly payments and had everything paid off by the exam, I would be okay. After sending in my application fee and application, I reached out to discuss payment options and they decided that I was no longer eligible to this option. They wanted everything done the way it is on their site. This would be understandable had they just said this in the LIVE interview, but why wait for me to get invested to change things? After playing around with numbers I decided that I would need to go to the next session of February. I texted multiple times and they ignored me ( but on the site say that you can text ANYTIME). Finally, I decided to just email them, finally they sent me a canned/ automated email. When I asked for more clarification, they told me I had to start over. My application fee now is technically $100 should I decide to go ( definitely not), a new interview was needed, as well as another essay with letters of recommendation. If you need a school, go to one of the technical schools or Blue Sky in Green Bay. They have similar courses as well as cheaper prices, blue sky being the only exception to the price. 100% do not recommend this school as they have shown me they don't care already!

The program is demanding and intense, but it's because you cover so much material in less than a year! There's a reason all of their students pass the MBLEX exam (which is HARD) the first time around. By the time you complete the program, you have confidence and you really do know your stuff. Some students commute each week from hours away because this program is worth it. The instructors are phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with the education I received. Plus, they believe in a manageable tuition and a manageable schedule. All students graduate with ZERO tuition debt. Now that's saying something.
