Very nice and reasonable! There was a few times that I couldn't make my payment on time and I talked to the owners son and he was very flexible and willing to work with me! I thank them for there patience and understanding. read more

the fella who owns the place will show you a very nice unit to get you to sign a deal. but, the day comes to sign a contract and you get a completely different unit (of the same size) that looks as though it wasn't been used (or even cleaned) in a decade! when you try to contact him to move units, he's suddenly Harry Houdini. you're stuck with the filthy vermin ridden unit and have to clean it out and take precautions yourself. don't use mothballs in there either because he will say he "got sick and nearly threw up from the smell in there" and accuse you of causing damage. simply don't bother with this place. read more

Been there twice but can't meet or talk to manager, I dropped off the truck with 1 more day with the contract and the lady at U-Haul where I rented said I just have to pay 40$ for 1 more day, and when I dropped the truck, you guys charged me 58$ but when I asked you guys said that's ok, we will fix it, just go home and don't worry we just charged you 40$. The next week when I found out you charged me 58$, I came back, still no manager, still just go home, we will massage or email to explain everything. But no, nothing, no email, no phone call, no nothing !!! I don't have time to keep coming back so ok ! Take it ! But I wouldn't recommend your place!!! Suck!

9/1/2021 Had a very…read moregood experience with this uhaul. I moved from the western side of the state of Wisconsin to Green Bay. I had to go without a home for 3.5 weeks so I have to store my stuff in 3 large containers or pods. It worked out very well. I had plenty of time to get my things loaded. Then they shipped the pods to the warehouse in DePere. After about a week when the pods were removed from my old home I could come and go to the warehouse if I needed any items in the pods. What I like about this uhaul is that everyone at the DePere location are very helpful and professional. They made it very easy the day I had to pick up my stuff and get it all loaded up onto a uhaul truck. I had a crew to help load. Then once I got to the new place I had a crew to unload. Uhaul website made it easy for me to hire out help. I was able to use the truck in the morning and easily return it later in the day. Great place! Very helpful. My daughter stated that they treated her with disrespect and moved her items also without caring about what they were moving. The movers put everything up front in the storage area and piled things 6 feet high up front so you can't even get into the area. I was over charged and Nick in the office fixed that immediately.
