Don't hire Attorney Greg Coleman…read more I called Attorney Greg Colemans law office after sustaining over $100,000 in medical injuries after a Pyrex bakeware pan exploded on me while cooking. Nobody in the office knew if the Pyrex lawsuit was one of their lawsuits, but the internet said it was so that's why I called. I called and the girl said she does not know if that is their lawsuit and she transferred me a voice mail. I called back and a new girl said she is not the one who transferred me, and she goes not know if that is their case, and she transferred me to a different voice mail. Nobody picked up either voice mail. I called a third time. A different girl answered. I asked her if the class action is still open because the internet said the case was dismissed March 4, so is it dismissed? She said "Right". I then again said, "oh, it is dismissed?" She said "no". I said "But you just said it was dismissed. you said "Right"". She seemed confused by my simple question. She then said Lisa is the only one who knows that answer and Lisa is working from home now so she can answer her phone, so that's probably why she's not answering her phone when you were transferred. Her sentence made no sense to me. I said, "You just said that Lisa is working from home now so she can answer her phone and that is probably why she's not answering her phone". That lady on the phone made no sense to me in any of her sentences she talked. So I asked to be transferred to somebody else because of the communication problem. Instead of transferring me, she accused me of being "condescending". I said I don't know what it means". She then said I'm being rude. She refused to transfer me and gave her opinion of me instead just because I asked her to transfer me to somebody else. She refused to transfer me. Call ended. I called back and asked if they have an office manager there, and if the law firm is a large firm or small because they might not have an office manager if it's a small firm. She answered me by saying "hold on", then nobody came back on teh phone. Call ended. I called back and this time asked to be transferred to the office manager instead of asking her a question because of the communication problem with her. She transferred me to a horrible mean woman named Dawn with no last name who was taking on the role of office manager but refused to identify herself. The woman Dawn got on the phone and said in a mean monotone loud screaming voice "HEY, THIS IS DAWN!!!" As if she was a teenager talking to her friends. I felt like the office was very unprofessional. A professional law office would NEVER allow their office manager Dawn to talk to clients that way. That's the way their help talks to potential clients by saying and yelling on the phone, "HEY!! HEY HEY!! THIS IS DAWN!!" Dawn immediately put me on speaker phone and then mentally started attacking me and yelling at me loud and talking above me by falsely accusing me of insulting her employees. Dawn would not stop mentally attacking me. I told her to please stop mentally abusing me and STOP accusing me of something I never did. And stop talking above me. Dawn would not stop talking and attacking me. I informed Dawn that her false allegations about me is defamation and to STOP harassing me. I don't know Dawn and she set out to mentally attack me after I requested to talk to an office manager. Dawn is the most unprofessional office manager I've ever encountered. Dawn never identified herself when she got on the phone, but instead, she just said, "HEY! THIS IS DAWN!". I'm like, Dawn who? What do you do there Dawn? What is your job title? Why did you take the call? Just so you can harass me and tell me to go to another attorney, and talk above me and talk monotone to me and yell and raise your voice to me? I told Dawn that I will be hiring another attorney for my lawsuit, as I don't like the way I was treated by this office staff. Dawn said "OK". Dawn is chasing away all their class action clients. I wonder how many clients this attorney Greg Coleman has lost after Dawn told them to hire another attorney. I'm sure a lot. In fact, my case would have really helped your Pyrex case. And if Lisa the paralegal is working from home, then I advice you to instruct her that working from home doesn't mean she doesn't have to answer the phone.

One would expect a thorough vetting process for the attorneys listed, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I chose to engage Ronald J. Attanasio from Sharp & Attanasio. Upon our initial meeting, 'Ron' appeared to be quite personable and seemed committed to advocating for our interests to secure the funds that were rightfully owed to us, supported by ample documentation. This turned out to be a significant error in judgment. After he received his retainer fee, communication ceased entirely. We were left to interact with his paralegal, who performed her duties far more effectively than he did. When we inquired about the lack of sharing documented evidence we provided regarding the owed funds to the defendants' lawyer he reacted with anger and ceased all communication via calls or emails. We were compelled to send a certified letter to elicit any response, which ultimately came from the paralegal. 'Ron' failed to advocate on our behalf, allowing the defendant's attorney to dictate the terms, even though the defendant had acknowledged the debt, which was substantially more than what we received. Despite the clear admission of liability, 'Ron' exhibited a lack of initiative to pursue the matter. Given the challenges we faced with this seemingly inept attorney, we found ourselves unable to continue with our case and ultimately had to accept the settlement proposed by the opposing counsel. The next time I need an attorney; I'm going with the defendant's attorney!

He listens to facts and concerns, and proves to make the next best moves each time. Mr. Sharp is consistently making the best choices to fight for my children and I. You must listen to his advice however, as you should any attorney, and he will lead you down the right path. You may not always like what he has to say, but it is the truth and you probably need to hear it if you are not versed with legal processes. This man has been around the block and he certainly knows what he is doing. If you see a bad review, it is more than likely coming from an individual who did not want to hear the truth, did not swallow their pride and listen, and/or did not want to understand how the law works regardless of being in the wrong or not. I would personally refer any friend, family member, or acquaintance to Steve Sharp.
