If the office is closed on any specific day, it is posted on the office door. I think it is important to note the website and all links on the website for Roscrea are not updated and we do not receive any communications if the website is used. I live on the property as well. I work 9-5, M-F and I am on call for emergencies 24/7. Personally, I love living here. the apartments are VERY spacious, large walk-in closets, central AC. I have a lot to do, as I a the only maintenance person. There are times I'm overwhelmed, but I am good at my job. I have a personal friendship with all of our tenants. Our little community is perfect for my daughter and I.

Not sure how living situation or apartments are here because after literally months (at least 5…read moremonths combined) of me trying to get a hold of them, I never could. I have left over 100 emails/Contact Us forms, & have called & left numerous voicemails & have never ever ever heard back. I even went to the office & there was nobody there (during business hours) & one of the tenants said I can leave my contact info with the Maintenance Manager & she can pass it along because that's what all of the tenants have been having to do to contact the manager. I inquired about it on Facebook & found out the managers name is Jessica & "she's too busy with her job at the hotel to bother with this job. My mother in law was able to message her on Facebook & she said we're "better off going through a rental agency." Uh what? Why? Because you don't have time or? She also told my mother in law she'd get in contact with us when she got back from vacation but that never happened either.
