The drain repair work was completed satisfactorily and the technician was on time. However the billing process was amateur. The receipt was not itemized and marked paid as required by the warranty company. When asked several times for an itemized receipt marked paid we were told he was working on it but still have not received one for the warranty company. We have asked at least 4 times for the receipt. We paid the entire bill out of our pocket and can not satisfy the warranty company until he responds with the itemized receipt. read more

He's a very nice guy and I felt very safe with him. He provided some information about my older windows and the condensation in between the glass. Very helpful!
