Isaiah Jones, the owner - admitted that several customers where having this problem because he received an infected batch of tress from his supplier. They will not stand by the warranty and refuse to replace the tree - they will only cut the out the diseased portion of the tree but then it will look nothing like the tree I purchased. This is just unbelievable poor business practices.

Everywhere I look, there are examples of shoddy workmanship. I understand he didn't do it himself, but he was in charge of a crew that didn't do their job properly.
