I would give a zero for stars but that choice is not available. I have had my poodles groomed…read morethere several times. First couple times were okay. I picked up my dogs on last grooming and groomer said she nicked mole on face and a nick on leg. She pointed to leg and I didn't really see anything but when I got home I was shocked my dog did not have a "nick" but a huge gaping gash. I contacted owner which she immediately sent a statement saying they are not liable for any accidents or injuries. She said I signed for that. I have not signed any paper only receipts when I pay. The right thing to do was to let me know how serious the gash was and not say it was a nick. The reason why I more than likely did not see much of anything was when the owner called today she said they glued it shut and it must have popped open. You heard me.... they glued my pet shut. She was rude and really didn't care about her customer or my pet. My son started to record her on iPad because she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I could barely get a word in unless I talked over her because she was yelling at me. I told her she was not a nice person. Immediately after I hung up she called me again but I rejected and it went to voicemail. Her voicemail: "Just to let you know Miss Cxxxxc that it is against the law to record somebody's conversation without giving them heads up before the conversation starts so if you post this I will get a lawyer and I will sue you for slander plus I did not say anything incorrect I was nice up until you started slamming on me about my business so um that's the end of my conversation until my lawyer speaks to you goodbye..." I guess she thinks "slamming on her about her business " is when I said that was not right what they did. My dog should have had immediate vet attention and they should have done the right thing. You need to make your own choice on where to go. I will NEVER shop there again or have my pets groomed there. The groomer made a mistake. They should have paid vet bill and the owner should not treat a customer like she did. So they lost my business.

We have been taking our pups here for 15 years now. The dogs get personal care from a person who…read moreknows and loves them.

Brought my dog there for her first ever trip to a doggy daycare for 1/2 a day. I dropped her off…read moreby leaving her in a kennel and picking her up in a kennel, so I've never personally met who was taking care of her. When I picked her up, I expected her to be glad to see me and tired out. Instead, she was whimpering and lying on the ground and I noticed her collar was no longer on her. I called and let them know she was missing her collar and they weren't even aware that she had one on. When I got her home, I found a large wound on her side. I emailed a picture of the wound to the Groom Room and they called me (and were very nice) and said it looked to be a hot spot and gave me directions on how to care for it. The wound kept getting worse and I could tell my dog was experiencing pain and anxiety, so I took her into Lee's in Hawley and they confirmed it was a dog bite that had gotten infected. They had to put her under to clean it up and stitch her wound up, then she was put on antibiotic and anxiety meds ($367.08 later). When I emailed the Groom Room with an update and their response was that they are not comfortable with my dog coming back there. They stopped responding to me. I am not sure what type of supervision they have going on, but apparently there isn't much. They advertise that it is a safe place for pets, apparently not. They had no idea where her collar was, no idea my dog was bit, etc. Also, it is typical to tell the person whose dog bit another dog that they can't come back....but not the dog that was bit. I asked them for the owners name of the dog that bit her, but they couldn't respond. In my opinion, this is an unprofessional business owner who is too busy doing grooming services inside the house to even have a clue as to what is going on with the animals in their care.
