Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier.
