Their employees work with great attention to detail, honesty and without cutting any corners. My flooring was installed around April 2026 (tile that looks like wood) and unfortunately, I began to notice grout haze that was worsening over time. From the minute I sent photos, I was assured this could be resolved. When they came out to provide a free estimate and small demo, I couldn't believe what came off my floors. Again, we specifically asked if the solution is considered safe, non-toxic, green and eco-friendly. Fortunate for us, great intuition is always a blessing and its wise to know when something doesn't pass the "smell test." I tried to ask what exactly they proposed other than wiping down exterior surfaces and I really couldn't get an answer. they wanted $1250 for this. When I stopped laughing I finally just hung up and told them to forget it. I will get the place deep cleaning for $125 and have the AC professionally removed and cleaned for $175 and repainted for $250. Of course the "inspection fee" is non refundable so I basically spent $350 for zero value in return.

They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.
