Was introduced to this location by my sister in law when passing through California from Utah. Even though it was an additional two hours off our trip, she insisted it was a MUST go to place. Boy was she right! Every possible scent you could think of. We all ended up buying 4 one ounce oil rollons each. Upon arriving home my hubby and I realized we should have gotten more. We ended up calling in and then visiting their FB page to place our order through their FB Messenger. BTW: Min order to ship from store must be $100+ plus Standard shipping is approx $20. We ordered $160 worth of the 4oz refills since we already had the rollons (BOGO Free for $40). Sadly they were out of the one I loved (Dolce) but the owner we spoke with kindly recreated the closest scent possible. He took payment over the phone and shipped UPS. Unfortunately, we got a notice that the package was damaged en route and all contents discarded. The owner was prompt in replacing and shipping out at no additional cost my order once again. I loved his customer service and his desire to resolve the situation instead of simply refunding us. The replacement package finally arrived today and I just want to be sure to give rave reviews. Saved us hundreds in having to make a trip just to refill. Sidenote: One suggestion for The Fragrance Shop is that upon arrival the oils leaked out from the squeeze bottles a bit. So we will be wiping the inside of the bags down for additional uses LOL. Thinking it may be best to send each bottle wrapped separately in saran wrap or something more air tight to prevent leakage?? A bit hard to find in the mall as it's off to the side near the Planet Fitness / Sears section of the mall and isn't labeled well (or at all?) on directories. That said, this is a pretty nice shop. Note that the fragrance oils are almost assuredly all imitation - I don't think they market or sell them as authentic, but this is worth noting, though anyone familiar with fragrances and perfumes will know that by looking at the prices. That said, they offer 3 roll-ons of the oils (looks to be 10 mL decants) for $20. Either because I was friendly or because they didn't have stock for one of my requests, I also received a smaller decant as a free sample of a different scent. Here's the thing: you have to recognize that these oils are impressions or "types," not fakes necessarily but just formulations based on the predominant notes in the fragrances they represent. I'm not sure if they're ALL impressions but certainly most. Just look at the price alone and consider then that you can get three Tom Ford private blend oils for $7 each, and then consider that a tiny 1 mL spray bottle sample of the authentic fragrance costs about $8 on any decanting site. Authentic oud oil alone costs hundreds of dollars per ounce. Consider also that most of these houses do not produce fragrance oils/essential oils in the first place. That having been said, just consider that you get what you pay for. That's an amazing deal for respectable imitations of MUCH pricier fragrances (Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille and Oud Wood for $7 each when the cheapest you can get a complete spray bottle from the house directly is $250). I do not care much for the Dior Homme Intense roll-on I received as it dries down to nothing but vanilla within 30 mins on me, but I actually very much like their Tobacco Vanille impression. Lots of straight up tobacco leaf and vanilla up front and the tobacco hangs around for a few hours even in cold weather, leaving behind a somewhat unpleasant vanilla 8 hours in (think white tic tac). The actual fragrance has a much spicier and more consistent blend in the gourmand notes. That said, again, for less than $7 for a roll-on this is an INCREDIBLE value and a number of their oils actually perform well. I'll likely replace this oil with a genuine tobacco fragrance soon (TF TV, 18.21 Man Made, Herod or something of that sort) but it's important for anyone still reading this rambling review to recognize that the cheapest of those fragrances is $80 and the other two are $200+ for 3.4 ounces. Aside from oils, their fragrances against the back wall and in the glass all look to be authentic, factory sealed genuines, with an interesting variety including many you would not find at a Nordstrom's, Macy's, Sephora etc. Unfortunate you can't test them, however, other than in their impression oil form which is not always accurate - the aquatics are close, but of the 4 oils I got from them, 2 are cloying and overly sweet (DHI and La Nuit). To my surprise, the other two (the more expensive and complex) are, for $7, worthwhile imitations. Seriously, it's so cheap it's almost worth just taking a shot in the dark. I'd bet the feminine scents are actually superior as my experience has been that any sweet notes are the ones that linger longest. So again, buy the oils here with the understanding that they are impression oils that, for the incredibly reasonable price, are worth just throwing a $20 at -- even if half of what you get is unusable, you still can't really complain. Plus the roll ons will last halfway to forever as each application does not use much oil. All in all, I get friendly service here whenever I go, and these oils are an incredible budget route if you're trying to build a massive variety in your arsenal without spending anything on it (relative to fragrances... just note that you can literally get 30 impression oil roll-ons at this store for the price of 1.7 mL of a niche house fragrance). 4/5 stars easy - would be 5/5 if the oils were better labeled as impressions so as not to misguide anyone, and if the SA's behind the counter had more fragrance knowledge. read more

Bought some fragrances for Mother's Day, and they had the two fragrances I couldn't find anywhere else because Macy's, Target, CVS, and Walmart only carried them online (they're not new fragrances) and I wanted to purchase them on the way to my mom's house. They were Tommy Girl by Tommy Hilfiger and Curve for Women (Original) which my mom loves. I called ahead to make sure they had them - the guy was polite and confirmed by reading the bottle's names out. I parked in front of the 24 hour fitness entrance, got it and came right out! Quick and easy, and you don't have to dodge sales people like in other departments stores who are trying lure you to their counter. Yay! read more
