I needed to have a wire added to hang my picture and didn't know where to go. I called them and worked with Jacob. He made me feel so good about not knowing what to do, inviting me to bring it in and told me it wasn't a problem but that he'd be happy to help me. This was a real problem solved. Then, he went above an beyond by putting a back on my canvas-stretched picture so that it would be stronger. I went in to get an original water color painting re-framed. The painting was framed about 30+ years ago, so no UV glass, mat glued to art work, not acid free. I had excellent help choosing a new frame and mat and using the Groupon that I purchased. I am very pleased with the results. My only complaint is the associate must have just had a smoke break, it was very distracting. read more

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brian and Frame de Art II. We had a tight deadline to get prints framed and then shipped to an expo in Brooklyn. We called several places and nobody said they could get the job done in the time frame we needed, except Brian. He spent several hours with us, our own fault for taking so long, not his, when we met at the store after calling ahead.
