After attempting to place an online order through the website but having it come up with errors or not go through multiple times, I thought I'd go in-person and ask about possibly placing the order through the store to pick-up the items another day. The cashier was extremely polite and was happy to help, she wasn't sure of how to fill out some information for the ordering process so she asked for the store manager to come over. After 15 minutes of waiting, the manager strolls over without a greeting and immediately starts by curtly asking if I've tried to order through the website in an irritated manner. I inform her of the issue I was experiencing and offer the item numbers and other information and ask if there are any alternative methods to place the order. Rudely she remarks "No I don't do that, I can't help you press buttons any better." and disregards the rest of my explanation. After seeing this exchange will not be of any use, I thank the manager and cashier for their help and wish them a good night. Before I can finish my sentence, the manager turns and walks away without a word. The cashier and a few other employees walking around the store were all very friendly and I am very appreciative of their help. But that was by far one of the worst customer service experiences with a store manager I've ever had.

The first phase: a full gut of our house built in 1900. Removing walls, adding/moving bathrooms, leveling floors, replacement windows throughout, and rebuilding the staircase. Our home is now a modern wonder and we love it. The second phase was to restore the front porch to look similar to its original look, re-side the whole house, and add corbels to the roof-line. It looks beautiful and is a definite statement and conversation starter for our neighborhood! The final phase was removing the lead paint on a built-in cabinet so we could refinish it. Not only was it sanded down to the beautiful wood but they were able to find the hardware had amazing details in them! TJO kept on schedule, stayed in constant communication, and came in on budget. TJO Contracting was exactly what we needed! We give Tim and TJO our highest recommendation to anyone looking for a general contractor!

Recently I needed a few of my windows replaced for a second and third time due to previous improper…read moreinstallation. I had a horrible leak and Matt discovered that it was coming from the windows. There were such gaps left between my vinyl siding and window frames water was getting inside and soaking the wood so much that it finally started to leak. Once Matt finished I couldn't believe the difference in his work compared to the previous work. I had him redo all the other windows so I know I won't have to wait for a problem to arise. I also saw a difference in my electric bill now that my home is properly sealed. Too bad Ridges Peak wasn't around the first time I had to replace my windows and sided my home, I would've had it done correctly the first time.
