I initially saw their ad on offer up. On their ad, it indicated that they offered same day delivery. I specifically asked if they deliver to Marietta and I was told that they did. After paying for my items in full, I was told that they don't deliver to Marietta because it is out of the area. I mentioned what I had been told previous and the guy said that he does have a mover with a truck that can deliver BUT I would have to call him myself and arrange the delivery and cost with the driver. I made the call and was told it would be $250 for delivery so I agreed. When the delivery guy got to my home and finished bringing the furniture inside (which by the way, he didn't set anything up and everything was left in big boxes that I had to dispose of myself) I give him the $250 as he counts it in front of me and says that its $350. He continued arguing with me about it. I called the guy from the furniture place and he pretty much told me to deal with it on my own. He wasn't going to do anything to help me. He made a big sale so he didn't care anymore it was paid in full. It was my move in day and I was already stressed so I just paid the $350 to get the guy out of my home. I wish I would have just told him to take everything back and request a refund. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company. Please learn from my experience and look elsewhere for your furniture.

It's called the Style Plus Serenity Latex model. The adjustable head and feet functions are so flexible and the massage can work in multiple ways. All managed with the remote or with the Bluetooth app. Mattress is soft and forms to my body's spine and back where I have arthritis issues. Tucker was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and low key. He explained every aspect of different adjustable mattress models to me and I tried each version, comparing them to the one I currently owned from them. So I'd first like to recommend him! The mattress was made and delivery was scheduled for just three days later. I received a call and voicemail the night before, then a call in the morning with a 30-minute lead time. Carlos and Chris were fantastic in everything they did. Took old mattress, installed new set and got remote working. They were pleasant and respectful, clean and organized. My bed was up and running in 30 minutes. The next day I had a small problem setting up the Bluetooth app to act as a control. One hour after we called the store (on a Saturday!), Danny Garcia, the sales manager came to my house and pushed the correct control buttons and it's been perfect since. So the product is fantastic, the price is more than fair, Tucker, Carlos, Chris and Danny provided outstanding customer service. Why would I shop anywhere else?

Once when we called to try and understand what happened. The second time when we dropped the piece for it to have the matte replaced and the THIRD time when we picked up the piece with the correct matte added! My husband was trying to give her every opportunity to gracefully make the change but she kept telling him in not so many words that his taste sucked. #CantMakeThisUp I bought my husband a limited edition print recently as a present and we brought it here to have it custom framed. My husband spent time with the store associate picking out the exact frame and matte color. We paid up front as was their policy. When we picked up the artwork, the final framed art wasn't what we picked out. The frame was correct but the matte was not. We picked out a yellow/gold matte and they used a black matte. Anyone who orders custom framing does so because they want something specific. Not getting what you pay for is not acceptable.

Yes, yes, you laugh at me because Room & Board and "budget" are oxymorons. They were actually the first place to pop up on my "furniture" search of the internet and since we were at Jeni's (at this point you're asking, "When is he not at Jeni's?") we decided to stop in and have a look. Room and Board is a modern (but not too modern) 3 store furniture store. The moment you walk in even the air seems better inside. Practically everything inside this place is made out wood which brings an earthy feel to all their art pieces. We were in search of a desk so even though we looked at all the other floors and wanted to buy everything in the shop, we finally went downstairs to the study room area. What's really cool about Room and Board is that almost everything that is made of wood (so that's almost everything) you can customize to the wood color of your choice. Go there to see the pieces in person and then take a picture of item tags. Go online, create your profile and customize the pieces to your liking and they build it for you. As a result, not everything can be shipped at once. Once the furniture is ready, it then takes another 2 weeks to get to you. Yes, this place is more expensive than say, Ashley's or Ikea but on the high end of things, the furniture isn't that bad for the quality of items that you are getting. The sales reps here were also super friendly and helpful and the store proudly puts out a sign on the front door that they are a sponsor of Pride events in the city. Definitely one of my favorite places to look at and if I have the money, buy. Love the lay out and just love getting ideas from their show rooms. If you're looking for furniture and design concepts, this is a great place to get some modern design ideas.

We had a very disappointing experience with Room & Board, both in terms of product quality and…read morecustomer service. We purchased the ARIA table (60" round with smoke glass top), and the glass surface scratches extremely easily. Our household has only two adults, we are very careful, and we always used a tablecloth or placemats. Despite that, the dark smoke glass shows numerous visible scratches. That is completely unacceptable for a brand new table and points to a clear design or material issue. I contacted customer service and explained the issue and how careful we are with the table, sent detailed photos and a video, and explained the situation thoroughly. After several email exchanges, their final response was to claim that we must have been using "sharp objects" on the table. This was frustrating and dismissive, especially given how careful we are. To show good faith, I even offered for them to take the tabletop and test it themselves so they could see the issue firsthand. They had zero interest in doing that, which speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to product quality and improvement. As a result, we bought a clear glass tabletop from another store and are using it with the same table base. We've used it in exactly the same way for over a month, and there isn't a single scratch, exactly what you'd expect given how carefully we treat our furniture. This whole experience was awful and incredibly frustrating. We truly believed Room & Board was a high-quality, reliable furniture brand, but after dealing with their customer service, we realized that isn't the case. I would absolutely not recommend them based on this experience.
