Prices were a bit high IMO yet you could find some items reasonably priced items. I was immediately greeted upon entering. This store is very well merchandised and reminds me a little like Anthropologie. The surrounding is cool, so there is lots to do in the area.

Located at the Krog Street Market, the interior aesthetic reads industrial storehouse meets white-washed farm living room. Exposed high ceilings painted black with spotlights, hanging 60s style vintage lamps, a lacquered wooden canoe suspended mid-air and a large lightbulb arrow sign add a quirky vibe. Products include kitchen gadgets and serving ware (hand towels, plates, bowls, measuring cups, cocktail accessories, glasses, handsoap), books (travel, art, history, food/recipe, coffee table), Georgia-related souvenirs and packaged food gifts (candies and chocolate, cookies, puzzles, etc), gifting paper (like cards, gift wrap, gift bags), candles and home decor items (wall art, prints, bookends), and some seasonal holiday items that fall into above categories. They carry Lucia candles which are one of my favorite candle makers in terms of elegant home fragrances, though I only saw their seasonal fir/evergreen scent which unfortunately wasn't a love. Price range falls into the higher end so not an everyday shopping kinda place, though I'd recommend for an occasional treat or place to buy a nice souvenir. Staff seemed helpful and able to provide recommendations. Parking is available street side in the neighborhood.

I needed this hub to be hotel accessible after my flight from Virginia. Nevertheless, some of everything is in here. Eateries, sweets and a drug store are located all within walking distance. I visited CVS and Chick-fil-A. Both places the service was effortless. You can choose to sit here or get your items and keep it moving. You can catch the Marta (rail system) here too. I believe a one way pass is $2.50. Overall, this hub is super convenient. And you'll have access to at least two hotels. I'm staying at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and having this hub is a big plus! Parking... I have no idea how it works. But I encourage walking and using the Marta. Exercise caution at all times. Well there's an advertisement about picking up a swag bag once you show the Concierge desk your Yelp review... I tried but it seems no one knew anything about this perk or the sign. As you could probably guess, I did not walk away with any HUB swag. Have fun and enjoy life.

The Beehive on Caroline Street is easily one of my favorite spots in Atlanta. It's so much more…read morethan just a store; it's a creative escape. I've spent quite a few weekends there taking everything from sewing and flower arranging to candle making, and every single class has been a joyful experience. There's something refreshing about stepping away from a screen and actually making something with your hands. The boutique side is just as great--it's packed with unique, high-quality gifts from local makers, so you're always finding something one-of-a-kind. Plus, they give you 20% off any purchases on the day you take a class, which makes it nearly impossible to leave empty-handed. If you're looking for a new hobby or just want to support the local creative scene, you really can't beat the vibe here.

This is my first and last experience with this store…read more I ordered the Flight of Fancy tote on May 10th, with one more left in stock after I placed my order. It is now May 29th and today I received a generic email saying the item is out of stock and I was issued a refund. BUT before that, I received a text from the store manager Mari that due to a glitch in their system, my order had just gone through on May 18th. She assured me the issue was remedied and my order would ship out the next day. When my order had not shipped by the end of the week, I emailed her directly. She replied this past Monday, saying the person responsible for shipping orders abruptly left. She again assured me my order would ship the next day. It did not, and I contacted her via text, asking her to cancel my order. Without a response directly from her, I got an automated email today that said my order was refunded because the item is now out of stock. I waited almost three weeks for my order to ship and then it got canceled, not because I requested it, but because the tote bag was out of stock. They didn't set aside one to ship to me when it was available once my order actually populated a week later. The locals seem to love this store but I'm not a local and if I were in charge, this is not the experience I'd want a customer to have or the impression I'd want to make.

If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill. If you don't want to get locked into something like Publix, this is a good spot so just keep that in mind.
