The customer before me was purchasing- not returning or exchanging- at least 20+ items. Each item has to be manually input. After 10 mins & approx 5 customers standing behind me- to make a purchase- they opened an additional register. As I was next in line- I assumed I would be called over. But no- apparently there is only 1 register to make a return, even though they were using that register to ring up purchases. The clerk was rude, dismissive and downright nasty. The customers behind me were also not happy and spoke up that I should be next as I was waiting the longest. I will never go back. There is no organization and the employees are horrible.

Put a new roof on my house. All went well until the first major rainstorm. Water was overflowing on…read morethe front part of the house over the gutters. Within a week the owner sent out a gutter man rather than roofer because we agreed a gutter person with experience that knew what he was doing was what we needed. 0 problems since no leaks no gutter overflow no problems. Easy to contact, returns calls quickly and made arrangements and took care of the problem. No BS he fixed it. If for some odd reason you do have a problem he will fix it quickly.
