What took me to come here and make this extra effort this time which I am not sure would make any difference is the company's extra hard work effort and compensation. They installed the front staircase of my house recently and due to some miscommunication issue from our end I wasn't fully satisfied I called on Richard again and asked them to help me out and compensate is he without asking for any extra money repaired the staircase and other minor issues in the front area!
