Charles Terry Construction never got around to doing any work for me. It took 3 business days for…read morethem to get back with me just to get an estimate and then rescheduling the estimate 3 times with short notice rescheduling presumable due to more important appointments. I decided not to get the estimate on the third attempt as I believe this is indicative of how the company will respond when getting the actual work done should I have selected them. Customer service is not high on Charles Terry Construction's list based on my experience.
