Miracle worker! A…read morecouple weeks ago I went to NY to visit family and ended up getting some jewelry. Upon my return, I noticed my bracelets wouldn't stay shut no matter what I did. I decided to try my luck with Blust's as I've used them previously to get watch batteries and knew they did repairs. I came in on Saturday, 7/19 and explained the issue I was having. While I didn't catch their names, the man and woman behind the counter couldn't have been more friendly or personable. I could tell they wanted to help me and I was happy to let them do it. They said the main person that does the repairs wasn't in that day but they'd touch base with her and would then lmk if it could be done or not. Fast forward to today, 7/24, when I got the call informing me my stuff was ready. I was a little anxious because I wasn't sure what they'd say but when I got there, it was all smiles. She pulled my jewelry out of the bag and it looked even better than before. Best of all, no clasp issues! She said because it's a softer metal, it's not uncommon for things like this to happen, but she was able to fix them and everything was good. The repairs only set me back $8.00, so again, another win! As previously mentioned, I've been coming here over the years to get my watch batteries replaced but this was the first repair I ever needed. They far exceeded my expectations and you can't beat their warm customer service.
