I am absolutely horrified by the customer service in this store . It took 4 people to be defensive & abusive to me as I wanted a refund & they said they would not refund . I am concerned my sunglasses are not authentic . They said they never refund & they don't listen to the internet & they said I was in the wrong , they raised their voices & talked down to me . I'm not easily bullied but when 4 of them attached me I did walk out , I know I should have stood my ground but I did not want my holiday ruined anymore . Do not buy from this shop .
