If I could give 10 stars I would. My friends and I needed visas for a trip to Brazil which we realized with only 8 business days to spare. Very rarely do I review companies, businesses, restaurants, etc. on yelp, partly because I just don't have the time, and partly because I am hardly impressed with the service that is provided to me. However, Francine is nothing short of a saint. She prepared tourist visas and coordinated arrangements with the Brazilian consulate for my travel group of 6.
