    While looking at Yelp it is clear Aspire doesn't need another 5 star review, here it is! Our Honeymoon was 1 week Australia, 1 Week New Zealand. Shelby worked with us to create a personalized itinerary that fit our likes and interests. Her communication skills are incredible and she was able to give us exactly what she wanted, at the price we wanted. Some of our friends cautioned us about using a travel agency (in general, not specifically this one) but I have to say with an itinerary so personalized, not one thing was amiss. It felt as though we had planned it ourself, without all the stress. The hotels we were placed in were in amazing locations. While we had printed out everything and brought it with us, upon arriving at each hotel, a packet from Aspire Down Under and their Australia/New Zealand affiliate ATS was waiting for us. This made contacting each excursion flawless and allowed us to just relax and not have to worry about the little details like remembering confirmation numbers. We couldn't have had a better time and would recommend Shelby and Aspire Down Under to anyone looking for a personalized, stress free, memorable experience!

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

    Very disappointing experience…read more My family arrived at the Worcester, MA bus stop at 7:35 PM for a scheduled departure. We waited continuously until 8:10 PM, and the bus never arrived. When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.

LuggageToShip subcontracts actually carriage to FedEx. When my bag was being held by FedEx, I had to be the one personally calling FedEx to track it down. FedEx, of course, was complaining because technically LuggageToShip is the shipper, so they don't want to talk to me, but LuggageToShip wouldn't lift a finger to help. Customer service is non-existent. They only offer email contact, which is not helpful when you're overseas trying to get your vacation back on track. When I returned to the States, it took over 2 months for the bag to be returned to me. So I was without my possessions for 3 months, and didn't have them when I needed them on my trip. In order to get my bag, I had to pay an additional $250 to ship it home. LuggageToShip "Customer Service" refused to provide any escalation contact. (Try looking them up on the web to find a business address, or corporate officers- it's all carefully hidden) LuggageToShip also refused to provide me the information needed to dispute the charges directly with FedEx. So basically, if you want to spend $500 to lose your stuff, LuggageToShip is the perfect company for you.
