Francisco is an outstanding human who just happens to be in real estate. Buying a house - the right house for you - can be stressful, exhausting, worrisome, a little scary, and cause indecisiveness. But it thankfully never really felt that way working with Francisco. From the time I first met with Francisco in his office, to some months later saying goodbye outside of the same office after closing on my house, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Francisco and I found a house I thought I would never find. It had the perfect combination of all the things I was looking for - the "must haves" and the "would like to haves." But finding the right house for you is one thing. Getting to closing is another. I remember one of the first things Francisco said when I initially met him was, "I'm a good negotiator."
