Our policy is if we made money, then give Uncle Sam his share and move on. This past year was challenging for most businesses but E & S was always there. They held Zoom meetings for all their clients, and kept us posted on PPP and all the changes that were constantly being made. Half way through the year they take the initiative to check our books and advise on whether or not to up our estimated tax payments. I was told "there are people with hundreds of thousands pending, how can I prioritize your work" even after me paying them the initial fees, submitting all documents on time and following up regularly.
