If I could give this office less than 1 star, I would. This place is absolutely terrible! I was…read morereferred here by a former urologist and now I have again switched to a much better practice. I suffer from interstitial cystitis and their answer to treat it is always Silver Nitrate flushes. The nurses are rude, rough, and non compassionate. The flushes were always extremely painful for me and a few days after the flushes I would always get intense pelvic cramping. I would call the office and let them know what was going on and of course they had an attitude like usual, acted like I was wasting their precious time. But come to find out, silver nitrate flushes aren't and haven't been used in OVER A DECADE, because of all the risks! If you receive Silver Nitrate flushes, I highly suggest you do some research before getting them again. This office also did my cystoscopy which is a whole new story of its own. When the triage nurse called me back, she set me all up for surgery and had me wait in the waiting room for 2 hours. Then another nurse comes out and says "We just saw that you're allergic to latex, we're sorry but we don't have anything latex free so you'll have to reschedule your procedure". Oh, did I mention that I drive an hour to see them?! Thank god I don't have a respiratory reaction to latex, I just get rashy, so they went ahead with the procedure. The doctor called me back (never introduced himself) put me on a hard table and then left me to the nurses. When I woke up, I was of course sore. But, I really had to pee. The nurses argued with me that there was no way I had to pee. So, I sat there until I began to cry because the pressure from needing to pee just kept building. Finally a nurse took me to the bathroom and I peed like a racehorse, that made her embarrassed! I have not been back since and I never will go back. I'm trying to warn everyone about this place, don't waste your time and money!!!

I felt seen, heard and cared for. I feel lucky that my primary care provider suggested that I see her. That was almost a year ago and I'll be back for my annual visit in just a few weeks. A breast biopsy was recommended and because I didnt schedule the procedure that day apparently asking why and asking to having the reasoning explained was a no-no. Ladies breast health is important and we can all agree very easy to put off, I did dread the repeat mammogram but then treated like do the procedure or dont come back. Phone calls are recorded I hope the office manager gets to listen to my phone conversation. I felt very alone and scared. My co worker recommended I go to specialist. I did and am so thankful that I did!!
