I love this place!!! We were driving around Little Havana and I randomly decided to Yelp and see what was good in the area. I saw Frank Joyeria on there and thought a pawn shop might be fun. Well it ended up being way nicer than I could have ever imagined and I found my dream watch that I've been looking for for months! Frank gave me an amazing deal on a diamond bezel Tag Heuer due to the watch being fit for a very small wrist. He gave me an awesome price and the service was stellar! We went there to get a classic nameplate necklace. We were going to spend $100-$150, but these guys were so nice, knowledgable, and charismatic that we ended up buying a gold chain and a vintage rolex as well. We decided to purchase the most expensive item (rolex) after we left town, so we wired the money to them without having the item in hand. Trusting all these positive yelp reviews and their demeanor, the item showed up exactly as promised. The whole time, they were responsive and informative over the phone. They sent tracking numbers, images via text message, etc. They swapped out the faceplate for the watch, serviced, and did research to make the watch meet original specs (we're dealing with a watch from the 70s). These guys are the real deal. You can see they care about all their customers equally. On one of the occasions we stopped at the store, we waited as they patiently dealt with a local customer that was looking for a $20-$30 item. They could have rushed them out of the store as our sale represented several thousands of dollars, but they didn't rush the lady out. They're in it for the long game, not the quick score. I came here as per recommendations from yelp to get my watch fixed. The location is in a little strip w/ a few other business which has a parking lot so kudos for parking!! You have to be buzzed into the store so be patient there and inside there is all bulletproof (I'm guessing) glass. But they carry a great selection of watches which is my ultimate weakness! Fine necklaces, rings and bracelets. The guy who helped my was very polite and was eager to show me a watch He eyed me taking a few pictures of through the glass. My Omega needed a battery replacement and I decided to check out Frank Joyeria based on the yelp reviews. It took him 2 minutes to replace the battery and do a light polish for a very reasonable amount. I also let him keep the watch for a day to do a full polish and now, it looks brand new! Very convenient, they are open past 5. I was looking to get a ring resized, but everyone closes before I get out of work. Called him up at 6:50 one afternoon he asked me to come in the next day. I showed up, the location looked great. Very upscale feel. I had done some shopping before going there and people were trying to sell me a new band. I'm going down from a 9 to a 5 1/2. If anyone knows about resizing a ring that's not a easy feet when there is gems involved. He asked me to look at the stones under the loop and noted a imperfection. The other places I took it too just wanted to cut, bend and weld back together. When doing that the stones might fall out due to the resize and the opening of the prongs. He recommended doing that and resetting the stones. The fact that he had me inspect my stones built trust. Let's face it, this is Miami anyone will cut you for fun and even deeper if there's money involved. He quoted me 85, I feel good with that price knowing the job is going to get done correctly. went here today with my wife drove from Pompano Beach went in I was looking to by Rolex everything was fine till I got the watch in my hand took out my jewelers look wanted to take a closer look, after all, it an expensive watch Frank started to get real apprehensive and nasty and did not give me a chance to examine the watch like he has something to hide I asked for a serial number to check with Rolex the first watch he handed me har flat crown on the dial at 12 o'clock positions under jewelers loop real Rolex never has flat crown it has raised crown the second watch was a real deal after he told me that if I was not comfortable buying from him then don't buy I advice to have anything you buy from him to get checked out by authorized Rolex dealer because I went to few authorized Rolex dealers and had no problem examining the watch and was given serial and model number that I can check with Rolex BUYER BEWARE YOU BEEN WARNED !!!!!!! when buying an expencive watch do be fooled by his charm or Ferrari parked by his store it no big deal HAVE YOU WATCH OR JEWELRY checked out for to make sure you getting what you paid for! read more

Save yourself the headache and don't buy jewelry from this guy. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I came in and bought 2 Rolex watches and thought I got a great deal. As a first time Rolex buyer I gave no thought to the fact that he didn't give me box's for either of my watches or even authenticity papers. A month later when I tried to sell my watches I find out that one of the watches had several scratched serial numbers (this happens after several years meaning he knew and sold it to me anyways) and they couldn't even give me $100 for a $2800 watch. The other watch after being taken apart had an aftermarket band therefore they wouldn't even pay me half of what I paid for it. Originally I wanted to get a 14k Cuban link chain from him, even left a deposit. The jeweler that examined my watches made me a fatter chain with a DIAMOND on the lock for $3,000 less than what frank wanted to charge me. This guy is unbelievable, please be careful!
