I have been using Frank's for years to change my watch batteries but based on my most recent two visits I will never go back. it seems these're sheen a change of ownership or staff, or something. The staff used to be friendly and helpful, but four months ago I went in to have a battery changed. the employee was rude and gruff. I ignored that and still allowed them to change my battery. I thought the guy was having a bad day. two weeks ago I took two more watches to have the batteries changed. same rude guy. Now, one of the watches isn't working so yesterday i went to a jeweler in Town and Country where I got the battery changed. let's see how long the battery in the other watch will last. this place is a ripoff and unethical! I dont know if I'd reccomend the diamonds as the lighting makes them glitter but the colors were quite dark. He probably has better somewhere else. Great service!!! Based on the Yelp reviews I went there to have my metal eye glasses repaired. A hinge needed to be soldered on. Frank explained that it should be done with a laser, a bit more expensive but worth the extra. He also estimated it would be 2 weeks before he could get to it.
