I have been going to Dr.Berger since 2011, and have been with him since. This is my second review since back in 2011 in google. At the time I had a herniated disc in my neck and I was not getting relief from the multiple rounds of PT and he basically saved me. I have been so thankful for this practice. Dr. Lew and his staff are friendly, professional and truly care about their patients. The front desk person, Donna is sooooo nice as well and always greets me and makes me feel welcome. However there are some individuals who man the front desk that don't acknowledge when someone comes in the door. I cringe and wish Donna was there. read more

I started seeing Dr Schwartz several months ago and he's helped me so much to relieve my chronic tension headaches. He really takes an interest in your well being and takes his time with you in the exam room. Since their expansion I've found the office to be disorganized and disinterested in the treatment of patients. I was scheduled with one doctor to get treatment for a mid back problem on the decompression table. When I arrived they switched dr's and the treatment. I was given ultrasound on my neck and placed on the roller bed. I went back one more time and again had an appointment with a particular dr. But was switched to someone else who wasn't busy and again didn't receive the treatment to help my back. I totally waisted two insurance visits without anything to show for it Dr. Berger was an excellent chiropractor and very knowledgeable but the practice has gotten very impersonal and too commercial. read more

I waited until I visited a bunch of times so that I could write a comprehensive review and I can say that I would highly recommend Innovative Wellness. I have only used the chiropractic services thus far but I would definitely consider coming here for the other services they offer should I need them (nutrition, physical therapy, and accupuncture). All of the staff that I have dealt with have been very patient-centered. They usually run pretty close to on-time which is highly appreciated. Dr. Berger and all of the massage therapists always listen compassionately and do their best to deliver care that meets my needs. In my life of pain 33 yrs and counting I have never met a more caring generous human being in my life. Bryan is one in a billion. If you've found him then you've been blessed by God. He doesn't care less than 100% about everyone of his patients. Always doing what's in the patients best interest. I live in Arizona now and whenever I think of who did the best to help my broken down body , who treated me the best as a human being, who helped me when I was at my lowest. Dr. Schwartz got creepy with me. I had been going to a great male chiropractor for 20 yrs. before moving to this area and never felt like I've violated. Dr. Schwartz is a good chiropractor, but on looking back the last 3 weeks, he was definitely grooming me. He started by being very funny and personable. Nothing wrong with that. Then he started calling me sweetheart and honey multiple times during each session. When I didn't stop him, he started to massage my back under my shirt, not over my shirt. I started to get uncomfortable but wasn't sure if this is chiropractic practice. Then he hiked up my shirt past my bra, up to my neck and massaged my back while telling me I have beautiful skin!!! That's when the alarm bells went off and I realized this is not normal chiropractic practice. I was hesitant in saying anything because I knew guys like that always say oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to, and if a woman didn't say it with a smile and a giggle, there's retaliation, and I didn't want him to break my spin on purpose. I had Dr. DeNino the next time, and even he was weird. He used the massager on my butt, so I knew there was some kind of boys locker room talk. Needless to say, I'm not going back. I'll be speaking to the owner Dr. Berger about this, and I know the answer will be some sort of I'm sure you are over reacting. read more

This clinic is like a mill - filled with people, crowded and disorganized. The woman at the front desk is disorganized and slow. The owner/chiropractor has a very aggressive manner when asked about pricing differences from ones he quoted on the phone vs. ones charged when I got there. Stay away from this place!! read more

They offer many things -- Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, exercise therapy, Power Plate, etc. They also have a Registered Dietician. I haven't used all of their services, but have been happy with the ones that I have used. I recommend them to my friends. read more
