One makes him special and different from other trial attorneys in San Diego, is his ability to see a WIN no matter the circumstances. You can tell him every flaw in your case but he will correct each flaw to make you feel that you can win your case. Thx. Greg

At no other point in my life did I have so much at risk: my career, my reputation, a large sum of money and the integrity of our HOA were all on the line (the HOA is the mountain town of Lake Arrowhead which consists of nearly 10,000 properties). This was a huge event for any individual, and I could think of no other professional to have on my side than Greg Garrison. I had interviewed several attorneys prior to Greg. Some said I didn't have a case and others were off base on their analysis of the matter. Greg's acumen for the law and his processing of the evidence is amazing. His ability to effectively communicate with others, whether it be a witness off the street or a judge on the bench, makes him second to none. Additionally, his passion for the profession and dedication to his clients will show the very first time you meet him. Finally, Greg's trial preparation was efficient and methodical, and his grasp of technology allows him to maneuver much faster than other attorneys who are heavily dependent on staff and their schedules. The final and most important consideration you must take into account is the irony of a judicial trial - having the truth on your side does not guarantee victory. We did have the facts on our side, but we were up against a formidable team of three pit bull attorneys that did a superb job of attempting to confuse the judge and obfuscate the facts. At the end of the first day of trial, the judge had been confused after hearing from both sides, as the main piece of evidence of our case was a set of complicated bylaws. However, on the second and final day of trial, Greg's ability to convey the message in a simple and charismatic fashion to the judge secured our victory. I believe no other attorney(s) could reproduce the victory that Greg accomplished. By saying this, I mean that even if another attorney could have won the case, the cost would have been far greater because of the voluminous amounts of material that had to be synthesized for the trial. Simply put - you can't afford NOT to have him. I give Greg the highest recommendation possible and suggest that you retain him before your opposition does!

Although Mr. Levy was unable to handle my case due to a rare situation, he was excellent to deal with. He met with my wife and I twice. Neither time did we feel rushed, talked down to, etc. We asked several questions and he never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or like they were not valid. Mr. Levy's staff is so accommodating and make you feel right at home from the first call to the last appointment. Although Mr. Levy couldn't handle my case, he was gracious enough to recommend another lawyer and connected us later that day. He went out of his way to make me feel like his problems were my problems, and he had a genuine interest in helping me. Although I hope I never need him again (sorry Mr. Levy), I know if I do I will be in good hands. I would also recommend my friends and family to use Mr. Levy if they are ever in need of a personal injury attorney. Thank you, Guy!

Ditto to Kyle M.'s review. I'm not wasting much more of my life on this man, as he is repulsive,…read morerude, lies and acts like you are a criminal (as his client) and he is the prosecutor, against you. He also hands out the worst chocolate I have ever eaten to impress you, it tastes like a Twix bar, saying it's the best chocolate in the world. If he knew, what good chocolate is he would surely know, it is 85% cacao dark chocolate with very little sugar. I think I am still in shock what I went through for over 1-1/2 yrs and the emotional crap he did put my caregiver and I through, she drove me 30 miles to his office for several meetings, the last one saying I didn't have scheduled (they called me and scheduled) and when she walked in with me for the 3rd time seeing her , he asked who the hell she was and followed with get the "F" out of my office. The situation I still can't believe at the end of the ongoing nightmare, was when we were in mediation with a very prominent "classy" mellow retired judge, and the judge was talking about how he loves to BBQ, and this man interrupts to tell him/us how he goes to Costco for his meat like it was the best in the world (like his chocolate) and if he sees a steak in a 3-pack he likes but only wants one of them, then finds a one in another 3-pack, he goes to the meat counter and tells them he wants this one and that one and so on. He acted as though he was a king and that was a story that we should have been impressed with, when the judge and I sat there cringing and embarrassed for him. The judge turned his head and rolled his eyes, like you've got to be kidding me. The most unprofessional person I have worked with in my 70 years and in business for 50. I felt highly misrepresented for my case who he initially said was a great case with a HIGH policy limit only to turn. He has a team of "HIS" doctors you have to see and were all highly incompetent (except 1). The bills were beyond outrageous for what they did/didn't do. I have injuries (TBI, Severe neck issues) that will never heal and wish I had had listened to my gut after the 1st few months when I saw his personality change, from this is a piece of cake to, this is a very difficult case you know, now using my age against me. Agism, I look much younger (that would be held against me) and WAS in great shape and very sound mind, prior being rear ended while at a stop light. He ended up with more money than I and I did a lot of the work because his staff was equally as incompetent. I am sure there is some misrepresentation and probably illegal acts, but I am done with the insanity of this we call out legal system. I just signed a bill last week to stop attorneys from price gouging their clients. Much more I could say but that would be in a book, pretty sad when your own attorney bully's and brow beat you as was I! I just had to have surgery and still kicking myself for settling! I have spoken to the bar as well as 2 other attorneys, live and learn, I physically and emotionally can't proceed with more legal mumbo jumbo, God always prevails! Please save yourself from abuse and loss, go elsewhere! Blessings to all who have been wrongly injured and/or misrepresented.
