They have a lot of different key shapes and they managed to make a copy for me, which was helpful. That said, the service was terrible when I went. I've used them twice and both times, no one was in the store. I would suggest calling in advance, as they come to the store when requested and it usually takes 15 minutes. They only accept cash for less than a $20 purchase (would have been great to know this in advance), as I had to walk to the convenience store to get money out (and pay the annoying $4 charge). I mentioned to the gentlemen that it would have been helpful to know about the cash only policy, seeing as we spoke on the phone twice before I arrived, his response was, "you didn't ask." Im sorry, but most people accept cards now-a-days and I just got the impression that he couldn't care less about customer service. As always, take my review with a grain of salt, but it seems like I went through a lot of effort and waiting, just to get a key copied. read more

After a 12-hour long flight, I arrived to my house last night from the airport around 1 AM to find myself stranded... I couldn't get the front door to open. Exhausted and hopeless, I decided to call Frankey Locksmith, by then it was already 2 AM, and so I was expecting the phone to ring but no, Bill answered, and he jumped into action right away. I didn't end up using the service but I'm giving Frankey Locksmith a great review because I was provided a very reasonable estimate to remove a broken key from my front door lock. They answered my request within 10 minutes and were very communicative and accommodating regarding a same day appointment time. I was very specific in asking whether or not this company could fix a particular lock and what the price would be prior to meeting the locksmith at the site. I even sent pictures of the lock. When the locksmith arrived, he told me that he could not fix the lock as I requested. He did offer more expensive alternatives which I declined, and charged me a $65.00 service fee which I was never told about. I contacted the owner directly regarding my disappointment. Yes I give them a 5 star I always have had the best service from Frankey's Lock Smith Today I remember all the times that I got locked out of my business upstairs from them and how wonderful it was to have a Locksmith downstairs. I got lock out of my room today and the company I work for call another locksmith not only did they give us attitude but we are still waiting after one 1 1/2 hour, I told my boss we are calling Frankey next time. read more

Amazing service! Called on a saturday as I locked myself out of my apartment (I'm an idiot). The name on the reciept is Santos who I assume did the work. He told me he'd be at my house in 30-40 minutes, as soon as he could. Exactly 30 minutes later he shows up, very professional and gets me back in. No nonsense and no hidden fee and showing up on time early. I can't ask for anything more. read more

I called Frankeys & within 45 minutes they were at my house unlocking my shed & removing an old lock. Their prices cannot be beat! I spoke to Bill on the phone who took down my info, & Santos came to do the work - both were extremely nice & extremely professional. I called on a Saturday afternoon. The gentleman with whom I spoke (I don't remember his name) was extremely nice and helpful. I live in an apartment building where the management kept coming into my apartment without giving me notice, and wanted to change my locks. He provided me with quotes over the phone and even had me send photographs of my locks, so they were prepared to help me when they arrived. I scheduled my appointment for the following Monday during my lunch hour. Santos arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me several options, and I ultimately chose to rekey my locks so that the building's master key would not work anymore. He worked quickly and gave me as many copies of the key as I needed. I really appreciate his professionalism and consideration for my schedule. I would definitely recommend Frankey to anyone and will use them again if I ever need another locksmith.
