I went last week suspecting Covid or flu with an awful sinus pressure headache. I tested negative…read moreand was told to come back in one week if symptoms haven't resolved and I would need antibiotics for possible sinus infection. I went back today and was greeted with a condescending provider who told me I was wrong and not having sinus pressure, that I was have a STROKE and needed to go the ER. My blood pressure was low to normal, I'm in my 20s with no risk factors and I was never given even the slightest neurological exam to warrant her to believe I was having a stroke. Then, she suggested I drive myself to the ER while she believed I was possibly having a stroke. I went to another provider and it was confirmed that I have a sinus infection and a double ear infection. I'm not sure if they were annoyed that I was back and my only complaint was sinus pressure and headache, so they intended to "scare" me not knowing I'm also in the medical field or if they are actually incompetent and should not be practicing.

Finally, walked inside and was told by the receptionist that she didn't know we were in our car and we should have waited outside. Oh well I guess. Reason for the one star review is because of Fast Pace itself. Receptionist did her best with the rules she was given. Needs better signage because we were told we had to wait outside last visit, didn't have to wait outside this visit. No clue what happened there. Management step your game up and make life easier on your understaffed locations. Not fair to employees and doctors who have to jump through hoops in order to get a COVID test for patients. What should have taken no more than an hour at best has now taken 3 hours and I'm writing this still inside the location. Pitiful, fast pace.

The individual that came in after us was quoted an hour wait time, we were never told any times. Will not return, when triaged a strep test wasn't even done only flu and COVID which were negative. provider after coming in to give results of flu an Covid which my chart shared before she did said well I can test for strep now, at this point we had been there only a few minutes shy of 3 hours. I said no thanks I will follow up with her PCP. She has not had anything to eat or drink in over 3 hours we can't wait any longer. which we did and she was positive for strep within 2 minutes. Sad we had to make two visits with a small child. Norton Immediate care was zero help. we will never return.

Why people go to the emergency room for minor things that can be handled at UTC, is beyond me. The…read moreinsurance co payment is usually cheaper and the wait is always shorter than the ones at the ER. After a long day of work, I was ready to blow off some steam, so I headed to the gun range. Long story short, I ended up here that evening. After about a 15 minute wait, a few shots (not the good kind either) and 9 stitches, I went about my merry way. I will admit, it wasn't all that minor. But just as an example, the doctors there can handle basically anything that the ER doctors can. I've also taken my daughter here for sports physicals. They usually run a special on them in the late summer/early fall. The outside doesn't look like much, and you usually see a panhandler at the corner of Boardwalk and New Circle... neither beats the things that you usually see in the waiting room at the ER.

Took my 90 year old mother to this urgent care t treatment center this morning at 8:00 am. She was…read moreexperiencing deep coughing and hadn't rested a few days. We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. This was as great an experience as one could hope for given the circumstances. Thank you all!!!!
