The meat literally fell apart with only a forks tough, the sauce was flavorful and the brussel sprouts were perfect. This was my first time ever experiencing Spätzle, I could take it or leave it. Great location, the owner is a pleasure to talk to, and now for the star of the show, the schnitzel. They also have a nice selection of cheeses, meats (salami, horse, blood sausages) and muesli. On a separate table they have hot containers full of bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. There is also a section of fresh breads that you can eat whole or you can cut a piece off using the bread knife. Make sure you grab some nutella and/or some of the amazing jams they have out: strawberry, raspberry, orange, sour cherry and more! The service is great as well; if you want something they don't have laid out on the buffet they can make it for you: pancakes, poached eggs etc, they will do it for you.
