I never expected to find such down-to-earth, friendly people running a barbershop on the Cape. Jamie has been my go-to barber for a year and she is terrific. She has a great eye and a keen understanding of the cut I want. And she is patient and does not race through, even though customers may be waiting for her. Frankie has always greeted me warmly even though I've remained in Jamie's custody. Can't recommend this business highly enough! read more

Not for toddlers. :( I looked all over the internet for a local place reputed for toddler haircuts. Saw mostly good reviews for this place. Just took my 22 month old, and as you can see by the photos I'm not thrilled at all with the outcome of his second-ever haircut. They have no accommodations for children. Got a squirmy toddler? You're going in the chair too, to hold them while they struggle. No toddler seat with buckles. The haircut looked good at first glance so we paid his age, $1 plus a $9 tip. Got home, noticed it was an absolute hack job. These photos are AFTER I took scissors to cut the pieces of his hair that were still full length, completely missed hadn't even been snipped at all. It wasn't Frank that cut his hair, maybe he would've done better. But I probably won't be taking my toddler back to find out. read more

Frank ia a rude sob. I brought my grandsons in for a cut, he say what do you want me, a haircut long in the front shorten the rest up frank, that tells me nothing me, im not the barber you are frank, sissors or trimmer? Me, idk thats your job im not a barber. Constantly scolding the boy for moving his as he's got water driping down his face. Good going frank, fyi my grandson is autistic. read more

Despite the other reviews, Frankie's is great. We moved to East Falmouth last Spring, and Frankie has become my "go to" barber. He has a fantastic sense of humor and I always get a solid cut. I bring my son now as well. Kids pay their age, so his cut is only $8. read more

I went into his barber shop on a casual Monday after eating a great meal and was expecting a good haircut. There were two people in front of me and that took 35 minutes just to cut their hair and one of them was bald. Then it was my turn I asked for my usual a fade with a flattop and I told him only trim the top nothing new and he nodded his head. 15 minutes later I was done I looked in the mirror and I noticed it was nothing I wanted and I had a huge bald spot the size of a golf ball and he also left all of my cut hair still on my head because he cares too much about his usuals. I was pissed and I had to pay my "age" which the guy in front of me had to pay 28 dollars and he was bald. So this was a terrible experience and now I have to go to my barber and fix this hair cut, I am never going there again and go to a real barber like ray and sons. NEVER AGAIN! read more

One star is one too many. Rude, crude and not in the mood. The owner seems to be a bit of a sarcastic wise ass. I got his assistant who sat me down and just starting cutting. Never, not once, asked me how I liked or wanted my hair cut. He butchered me so bad I had to go to another local barber in Sandwich for damage control. These guys are a joke. Stay away. Plenty of other options in the area. read more

I never usually post reviews but felt I needed to after seeing some of the poor reviews on here. We took our newly 2 year old son for his first real haircut and we were so happy with the results. Our fidgety and nervous son was certainly not sitting very still and Alfonso was so patient and great with him. And how can you beat a $2 haircut? Both Frankie and Alfonso were so patient, quick and polite and we got there first thing in the morning so we wouldn't have too long of a wait. We will definitely continue to bring our son here! read more
